Expected more (or maybe not...seems Starbucks is on a downward spiral).Dropped off a relative at the ER (which always takes a long time). Wanted to pick up a bite and coffee after the long wait. Ordered two servings of gruyere egg bites and coffee. As rush hour traffic is full on at this time and I have a long commute, I took the food to go.My mistake for trusting the server. Not only were the egg bites not fully warmed through ( shouldn't this be a food safety issue??) I only got one order. And a burrito. Something I didn't ask for, buy or eat (dietary restrictions). Not exactly the best way to go to try and serve the hospital staff or the people who have to spend endless hours in the waiting rooms / areas.3 stars for the atmosphere as the place is actually "cute". The rest, shameful.

Been with my family member at this hospital for over 6 weeks now. The people at this location are awesome. Great personalities. They've had to go over some equipment changes as well as some computer programs changes and dealt with it awesome. Too many people have forgotten how to be kind and patient. (The customers). I appreciate this location for their kindness and their smiles. Also the manager Nick ! I didn't even know he's a manager because he's always working ! He's a blast. Being a guest at any hospital for this long isn't easy on the caregiver. Everyone at this location always make me smile. Thank you !!!

This is like my favorite drink ? from Starbucks: Pink Drink. Starbucks Pink Drink is a light and refreshing beverage that features the sweet flavors of Strawberry Acai Refreshers with accents of passion fruit and acai combined with Coconutmilk, and topped with a scoop of strawberries. It’s super delicious and very refreshing ?. If you feel like thirsty or idk worn out from work, then this drink is the answer to your needs. Highly recommended! Love love love it ?

It's in the hospital here. And it's probably the best reason to visit this waiting room.

They usually have plenty of baristas to keep the line and wait times short. All of the baristas are friendly. It does get pretty loud in that area so it can be hard to communicate sometimes. There isn’t a lounge or anywhere to sit down like a normal coffee shop.Wheelchair accessibility: Enough room to go through the line, but the pick up area is a bit cramped.

LOVE this location. Staff is super friendly and you can tell they work hard to get food and drinks out to customer efficiently!

I had impossible burger and coffee. Service was super quick . This store closes early . I tried impossible breakfast sandwich. This sandwich is small in size but has 20g of protein . I didn’t like the taste of impossible break fast sandwich .

This place deserves 0 stars. this is the worst starbucks. The employees are EXTREMELY rude. they claim they will “remake your drink at no charge” but throw a huge fit when they mess up your drink and you want it remade. There is one girl in particular (jaylynn) who is very snotty and always has an attitude. She constantly rolls her eyes at every customer. She should not be working in customer service with that attitude. Nick and Ramona are the ONLY baristas that care about customers.

The team worked seamlessly to total satisfaction of this customer. Given your setting of operation I’m sure it’s no easy feat to satisfy but you all operated and served to perfection for my part. My regret is the hospital policy preventing you from accepting my tip. If ever there was a time a tip was warranted it was for you all on how well you represented Starbucks with perfect care and service.

This Starbucks is located inside Swedish hospital. It is really nice. They dont have much of a place to sit down, but the Swedish lobby is nice. There is usually a place to sit. It can fill up and be quite busy sometimes. The starbucks is quick and friendly service which was really nice.Great quality food and drinks.

I went to purchase a couple of items and wanted to pay with cash. I was told they don't take cash! In a hospital where you have people who don't have credit cards on them at all times you don't take cash. Poor decision making on this Starbucks. Another Seattle based franchise going down the sewer!!!

NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Tried to stop and get a cup of coffee because it was the closest Starbucks and couldn’t get in because I didn’t have a medical appointment and I just wanted a coffee….SERIOUSLY

I was very impressed by the positive energy that the cashier emanates. She seemed very happy and I think that my somewhat dreary attitude was transformed just by her being so happy to help me. If I had a reason to be at the hospital everyday I think I would probably make it a point to go to the Starbucks just because of the interaction that I had with her which was then followed up by the barista (also a Nick) making my drink perfectly and also having a great energy. These two seem like the perfect employees to be working in a location that must be pretty negatively charged for the most part. People don't come to hospitals because they want to celebrate how well they're doing.
