I understand there’s only one employee working but there were 2 other customers in front of me and I waited 20 minutes for my drink. Not sure if they had done on purpose, but it felt like they moved around as slow as possible and held up an even longer line behind me

Ever since Starbucks stopped having 1/2 & 1/2 available to customers, my experience here has been mostly just frustrating. When ordering drop coffee, baristas either have to pour the 1/2 & 1/2 in, or I ask for it on the side. If they pour it in, they are unable to get the ratio of cream to coffee right. And if they give me a cup of it on the side, they usually don't pour enough in, and I'll have to ask for more, which can take another couple mins to flag down a harried barista to explain that I need more cream. Sometimes they're cool about it, sometimes snarky. What used to be a nice, relaxing experience of getting coffee, has become an annoyance. Once in awhile they get it right, but most of the time, they don't. This is not the baristas' fault, but management's decision to make things harder for customers and baristas alike.

Drinks are up to Starbucks standards. I keep trying to give this location a try, but it is torture watching how slow the employees move here. Often there is only one person working which, for this location isn't under staffed. If there is even one person in front of me, I know I have to settle in for a 10 to 15 minute wait. Today I stood in the line for a minute and a half behind three people, and the clerk had not fully transitioned between taking the order and making that person's drink. His movements could be described as lethargic, except he was cheerfully chatting with clients. I really, really can't wait that long for people to chat it up while there is a line, so I left. This is such a convenient location, that I'm quite disappointed I can't rely on it unless I have plenty of time to spare.

I went and one girl was stocking and the other was looking for something. Then she took my order and started with the sandwich. She stood there talking to the other gal while she microwaved my sandwich and put it in a bag then she put it at the pick up area and came back to me. She asked my drink order then picked a cup and pen and stair at the cup until the guy behind me say something. She started to say sorry but I said maybe the other could stop stocking and take orders so she comake them. She was like they are frozen and have to dated and put in a few. I'the guy behind me was like they we keep for 10mins the line is getting long.

Came here a couple times before and never asked for anything too fancy. Always had my orders right. Good customer service all around. It's located in a Safeway so can't complain too much as it's not a full fledged location and they do what they can... When I went this morning they were training someone so once an order was placed the barista had to walk through the trainee how to make the beverages... The barista apologized multiple times about the situation to us waiting and they were calm and still friendly throughout their interactions. Unfortunately due to two others in line in front of me (and their fancy drink orders) it took 20 min for me to get my drip coffee! (They also didn't have Blond roast, which I wanted. Ordered Pike roast instead with two fingers of cream (barista's phrase, not mine) and it isn't terrible so I might opt for that in the future when Blond roast isn't available.)

Employees are great and the coffees are very good. I'm a fan of their caramel frappuccino's, caramel lattes. Try them and your addicted. Have you going back for more.

Way overrated unless you dont mind shelling out more than six bucks for coffee. Whip cream and sprinkles aren't worth 25cents. Americano is as far as I'll go at this RIP off chain. That was over $4

Terrible hard, small bagels. Thought coming from Florida I would get a great bagel becuasof the difference in water. Boy was I wrong, very dissatisfied.

Been using this store for over 30 years and now I won’t shop there anymore! The shelves are bare. Product put in wrong place to make shelves seem full and there not! More apartments and less stuff put on shelves doesn’t make sense. Seen a 40-40 year old man in the beverage isle put wrong product in open spots total laziness! Going to Fred Meyers willing to wait in line to get products!!!

Very clean store. Friendly. Pharmacy was very professional and helpful.
