Always incredibly slow - usually pretty busy but still also very slow when not busy. The employees really seem like they don’t want to be there. Definitely need better training by Starbucks here!Also they are way too understaffed and should not have mobile ordering available because mobile ordering seems to take longer than just ordering in person because it’s so crowded

Tried to order a hot chai but employee said they didn't make hot drinks. When I ordered a pumpkin spice chai she gave me the wrong drink and when confronted about it and asked to make a new correct drink, employee told me I was wrong although I didn't ask for a cream drink. I wanted a regular chai.

Katherine is so disrespectful would Rather go to the other small business coffee shops around than have to deal with any of their employees. Worst experience of my life and I tipped her well.

Waited in line for several minutes to be acknowledged.My order was taken but I couldn't pay for it because they were waiting on someone to come back to pay for their order.

I try not to show up places too late. But closing 20 minutes early is a little crazy. 10 minutes. Sure. But 20. Not cool.

4:55pm And looks like it's closed. Seen people sitting with Starbucks at the table and I stood there for a while and looks like no worker was around. Waste of time literally.

That European lady is rude and argues with you if she gets your order wrong and gives attitude at least the younger girl there is sweet. Even the lady in front of me had hers wrong too and the younger girl jus remade it all nice not making the euro lady feel bad for her mistake she gives off a non customer service vibe that makes me not want to come back. They are super slow and my latte I ordered didn't even have syrup and when I asked the older lady to fix it she rolled her eyes and made comments that I was wrong. Don't argue with a customer lady, drop the ego and maybe don't work with people if you hate them so much.
