Buyer beware! Don't expect a full explanation, especially for anything not stereo. I'm $800 poorer and without what I asked for. He was too busy playing League.

Moved to Seattle in April of 2022 and about a month into my stay my speakers and amps were stolen. Had these guys replace the amp and speakers. The system worked fine for about 6 months but started to cut in and out as far as sound. Finally the subs went out about 12 months after use. I took the car back to them to assess what happened and was told the speaker box was “destroyed”. I was told I would have to buy a new box. I’ve been buying speakers for years and have never had a box fall apart after 18 months of infrequent use. I travel 40% off the year so I don’t even use the car that often. Not sure I trust the quality of material they purchase. No problems with the service just be careful of the box quality.

I just want to say a huge thanks to Mannie, Gene, Jake, and Button( hope I spelled the names correct) for getting me all fixed up a few weeks ago. My rig was lacking sound with the "so called" premium set up it had coming from the dealership. Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse.This whole crew was positive vibes. Very knowledgeable in the industry having grandfathered amps plastered on the wall taking you back in time to the latest systems you can dream of. Showed me around the shop with all the set ups they had and took care of me like I was one of their own brothers. Prices couldn't be beat nowhere, but i can't put into words the hospitality they shared with the excellent customer service. I came from many zip codes away, and it was so worth the extra commute.

Really nice people and fun to talk with, I went to get my car installed a remote start system and after giving me the car back, it worked perfectly and so far it hasn't given me any issues as of today, I will definitely come back if my car needs anything else related, all the employees are really nice and they can give you a fun time while you wait for your car in case they can finish it that same day

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE-SHOPPER BEWARE!!! These people are total Shysters! I recently went to Stereo Warehouse and I am a fan of JBL speakers. I bought 2 boxes of 6/9s and I made an appointment to have the speakers installed a week later. When I showed up for my appointment, the owner talked me out of the JBL and said you need Hurst Speakers (stating these were the best). I trusted his judgement and so I purchased the Hurst Speakers, a deck, an AMP and the wires to connect it all. After installation, I came to pick the car up and upon driving home the deck volume knob (actually the knob that has the settings for the deck itself) would not turn the volume up at all. So I called Stereo Warehouse and spoke to the owner and he said, "We'll fix it!" I ended up having to go out there 2 additional times for them to fix the problem. The problem was NEVER resolved. They did not refund my money and I had to buy the original JBL speakers out of pocket. I was told I would be refunded for the Hurst speakers and the deck. I had to bring them to him to be refunded. However, he would not give me the money back for labor and the horrible installation. I ended up having to get a new installer to put taker out the Hurst speakers and deck to return them to get my money back. The new installer told me that this is the WORST install he has ever seen and helped me to take pictures for reference. I am completely disappointed. The owner and installation employee said that I need to see a doctor and have some help. I am disabled and I have a brain injury, and I feel that this is TOTAL Discrimination and I am going to file a claim with ADA. There is no reason these people should be in business with the way they treat their customers. This is stealing from the consumer and making them feel that it is their fault due to a disability. See below Botched Job!

Just went in to have a sub installed in my car and I am very pleased. Will be back to have my door speakers installed soon! I remember seeing their commercials back in the day and they are still alive and well. Companies only last this long based on quality of service and integrity. I look forward to working with you again. Larry is the best company Mascot!

They have been around forever, and are by far, the best car stereo shop in town. I referred friends and family, going back 20 years, and no one has ever been disappointed. Great prices, knowledgeable techs and an owner who cares, make this a go to for all your car stereo problems. Car Toys will charge must more for the same or lessor services, so see these guys first!! Just went in to have an antena fixed. Took 10 minutes, and I wasn't even charged. Great customer service.
