I love this place been there 6 years. The manager and her assistant are awesome they both go out of there way to help u in any way. The manager goes above and beyond to help you in any situation I would highly recommend this storquest to everyone I know. Shawnie and Daniel are great.

17 e-mails 11 phone messages rented unit paid completly then i had to pay additional for special lock. Now after i bring items to storage i was informed access hours are from 9 -6 only unless i give credit card auto pay . If i knew that i would have never rented with them while looking for storage unit nothing was indicated about access hours . Of course no refund to find different storage financial discrimination .

I walked into StorQuest full of questions and apprehension. Daniel and Shawnie worked together as a team (perfectly), and were able to place me at ease over any concerns I had, and created the best package that fits my needs. They made it very clear that they are there to help you, not to rip you off!!
I spoke to several storage places before I finally got to them. Boy, am I glad I finally did. They even showed me the actual unit, showed me that they clean up the unit before it is passed onto you.
It is just how they do business. They take care of you, so you will continue to be with them. Which, by the way, I will be! Because I KNOW I will be well taken care of. Very hard to come by these days.
So, a shout out to Shawnie and Daniel! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and all my friends.

The best facilities and friendly staff. Air conditioned. But l suspect they are colluding with the other major storage company, Public Storage, bcse they both constantly (annually) raise the price you pay to store there. Even when you ask how much you'll be paying when the special rate you got to move in is over, they both say whatever the market rate is at that time.

I was able to work with the nicest person I’ve had the pleasure working with in years her customer service and ability to cognitively and fairly create solutions to problems that ended up occurring. I’ve never been more impressed with any type of company customer service that I have here at door quest self storage.
