I've been seeing Bob since August 2021. Initially I started going to build some healthy habits and get in shape for my Wedding (earlier this month). But i'll continue to see Bob as long as I can! He's motivating, encouraging and makes workouts fun. He's flexible to your schedule and fast to reply if any changes arise. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for that little extra push when it comes to working out. **Side Note** I bought shape wear for my wedding dress, and thanks to Bob I didn't need the additional shape. I've got abs for days!!

As a 53 year old guy, and not terribly inclined to work out, I must say, my investment in Bob's training has been very worthwhile. He brings a great, positive attitude and a wide variety of exercises and equipment to your workouts. 2 months in and I'm feeling stronger and my balance has gotten much better (a must for my favorite pastime of fly fishing). I highly recommend.

I have trained with Bob for several years and am so pleased that I found him. He is skilled in developing cardio and strength building routines that are fresh and challenging. He is there for all levels of fitness. I really appreciate his affirming, positive vibe that is so effective in motivating me to push my limits. Since working with Bob I no longer experience shoulder or sciatic pain and I feel that Bob's workouts have played a big role in maintaining my good health. I highly recommend Bob!

If you're looking for an amazing, positive and supportive personal trainer, you could do no better than to work with Bob at Studio Fit. He helped me immensely on my health & fitness journey & got me to fall in love with working out again. Our workouts are fun & just the right amount of challenging. I can't speak highly enough about Bob. I came to Bob after spending too many years sitting at my desk and on my sofa, and while I wasn't necessarily that overweight, I was definitely way out of shape. I was a little nervous about starting to work out again and dealing with the kind of injuries I tend to get when going from sedentary to active. I basically wanted Bob to help me get into to good enough shape where I could start getting into actual good shape, and he more than held up his end of the deal. Bob is very attentive. He listens. He pushes you, but in a very supportive low-stress way. All of the exercises are compound exercises that work various parts of the body at once. He's very good at making sure you focus on your core in every exercise you do. He pays attention to form and, importantly when working with a personal trainer, he's a just a good guy to spend time with. You'll look forward to your sessions with Bob.
