In Sesttle for a one day layover. Found Sublime. Noah did a great job with my ballayage and cut. Got a gloss and hair moisturizing treatment also. Hair feels great.

I've gotten my hair done here for around a year now and have gotten an amazing job every time. If you are scared to get your hair done from a new barber but your current barber isn't performing that well, I would recommend coming here because they always do you right. Every staff member is super professional and friendly and they all have at least a decade of experience. You can give the hairdressers very vague instructions for what you want and they will do exactly what you are looking for every time.

Highly recommend this salon. This was my first time coming here. I’ve been looking for a place that is willing to take the reins and not necessarily stay in the safety zone and I found my place! Erika did an incredible job on my color and Noah nailed the hair cut. I went from long, dull and dingy blonde with no style to a beautiful blonde with lowlights and highlights and a mid-length shag with lots of great movement with that edge I was looking for. I was not out the door 10 minutes when a stranger complimented my hair. Erika/Noah, you have just become a permanent part of my life. Thank you for making this girl feel beautiful again and 10 years younger. 😘

Noah is amazing - I had a haircut appointment scheduled with him, he did such a good job with it, and he also gave me a hair color consultation during the haircut and discussed various options that would suit my hair texture and color. I also later scheduled a hair color appointment with him (partial balayage) that I was super nervous about, but he did such a good job picking out the perfect color for my skin tone and natural hair color to get that perfect contrast. He did a wonderful job with a hair blow out towards the end as well, just the way I wanted it. I was so happy with my end result, and I’d definitely recommend Noah for both a haircut and a hair color appointment!

Requested style: I wanted a layered haircut because of how thick my hair is, so it feels lighter, and I wanted face-frame defining bangs as well that I could tuck behind my ears if I wanted.

I've been a loyal client at Sublime for over a decade, and the main reason is their incredible colorist, Erica Samp and hair stylist extraordinaire, David Daley (also co-owner).
Erica is an absolute hair coloring wizard! She resurrected my hair from despair initially and from there we’ve experimented with lots of different colors and coloring techniques. She listens to what I want, gives great advice and is technically great at explaining the process - whether it's a subtle change or a complete transformation. She cares about the health of my hair as well, which is very important to me. The results are flawless and leave my hair looking healthy and vibrant.
David is equally amazing at his craft! He is so precise and meticulous with his haircuts, it’s an art to watch him. He is very gifted at knowing what styles are going to get you the results you want. He has also taught me so much about styling my hair in the process (he’s a patient man).
I get lots of compliments on my hair which is all attributed to Erica and David!
The salon itself is fantastic too - modern, comfortable, and with a great atmosphere. I have been to other stylists in the salon in a pinch and would honestly recommend anyone of them. They all work seamlessly together and get along beautifully. It makes for a fun, relaxed vibe and overall great experience. If you're looking for a top-notch salon in Seattle, look no further than Sublime!

Erica has been my colorist for 16 years and during that time I moved away and tried to find someone that is as talented at foils but I never could. Erica is not only extremely skilled, but is one of the kindest, sweetest, friendliest, most genuine people you’d ever be lucky enough to meet. She makes you feel comfortable and is very easy to talk to. Her mastery of her trade is unparalleled- she is simply the best.

GET YOUR HAIR DONE BY ERICA and you won't be disappointed! I've been looking for a stylist to do my balayage and for years and she nails it every time. Erica focuses on overall hair health will not over-damage when doing blonde. Sometimes, I just let her do her thing without giving too much direction and she nails it. Also, she is just fun to be around :)

I've been getting my hair colored by Erica for YEARS now and her skill is UNMATCHED. She's extremely talented, works fast, and is an absolute delight as a person! Even the hair stylist for my wedding asked where I got my hair colored because it looked so natural! I truly will never go to anyone else and will follow Erica to the ends of the earth.
