The lady who serves has an attitude because she told me to say 'please' to get an extra napkin. I've never heard something like this before, and it's not a pleasant experience for a customer.

We ordered several subs with my family. Chicken wasn't fresh at all, I was declined to toast bread, and in the end the cashier register machine was broken, declining 5 of our different cards. No other payment option was offered, and I have to run around finding ATM. I don't want to come here again.

Literally the worst service I've ever had at a subway. I ordered online, and they messed up my order completely. Wrong bread, wrong condiments, missing items we literally paid extra for, you name it. Tried calling the manager to hopefully get a refund, and he blamed me saying that his employees double checked my order, which was clearly not true. Who in their right minds puts ranch dressing all over a meatball sub, or doesn't put bacon on a bacon, chicken, ranch wrap. This subway, that's who.Might as well save your money and go somewhere else.

Saying that I could get 8 olives per sub! Was being rude. Adding salt and pepper she got rude again saying I have to say before. Refused to give her name.

I have the app and they usually have a couple of good specials during the month. We buy a footling subway club and a bag of SunChips. Makes a good meal for two for around $10.

Walked there to eat at 5pm. Hours say they are open but no one is here, I called the restaurant and got no answer.

If this is the one located @ 501 Seneca than it's the correct one. I went in today to grab a sub and the woman that was working (she appeared to be Latina & had highlights in dark brown hair) but didn't have a name tag which is why I'm giving a description. I definitely love Subways subs but the only 2 things that threw me off a bit were #1 when I asked if I could get vinegar on the side she said I could not (I have never experienced that at any other place before so that threw me off) she didn't even tell me why...then when she gives me my sub she didn't bag it or anything just rudely left it on the counter ignored me and just walked away...absolutely unprofessional and she was just straight up rude. It's definitely not a good fit for her to be working in customer service until she can improve her integrity. God Bless her I definitely am not saying at all don't go to this subway due to my experience. I'm sure there's a possibility there are other workers that are kind & she didn't do bad making the sub either it was just her manners.

Quick bidness trip in snowy Seattle. Stayed next door at Crowne Plaza at Senaca. Just wanted something fast and tasty without paying delivery fees. Hit the spot, fit the bill at a very reasonable price! Good job local Subway operator!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich but they did not have wheat bread only white bread. Odd for Subway. Ordered bacon egg and cheese but got no cheese. Better stick to lunch on this one.

The ONLY reason I have this horrible tragedy one star ? is because I'm not allowed the option to give anything lower than one Star! I can admit that I do crave My Favorite from Subway; the Meatball 6in or a Footlong; from time to time! But NEVER EVER have I walked into one and there was only one employee and their on a personal call with the speaker on; as they attempt to rush through making your sandwich in the most horrific way, while responding to you in a very negative attitude! I ask her to stop rushing, slow down and pay attention to what she was doing and not to be concerned about that phone call(and I stated that because she was still speaking to whomever she was speaking to on the phone). Customer service is key to me and this place receives NOTHING from ME!!! I will NEVER EVER step foot in that slump EVER AGAIN!!!
