It’s been a long time since I used the mobile app to do a mobile order at Subway Order number #008C2B06-82 Everything was initially fine. My order was ready on time. Although this was the case. I wanted to add some chips and pay for it with my rewards points. Things started to go down hill due to the scan device used for rewards points redemption not working after numerous attempts. The scan device would not scan the Subway app on my phone to redeem points for a 1.89 bag of chips. Initially, the Subway employee seemed like she was trying to help. Due to the process taking soo long and not getting results from the stores scan machine other customers started to enter the store. At that time, I was waiting in line behind a couple and another individual. The Subway employee seemed to become overwhelmed with the sudden volume of customers in this store since there were five people plus myself in line. It was taking so long that three of the five customers left the store out of frustration. I eventually figured out how to redeem my rewards points within the app itself and paid for the chips. At that time I re-entered the store and picked up a bag of chips, presented the chips and the mobile app receipt for the chips to the Subway employee. The Subway employee seemed very overwhelmed. She was giving off the impression that I was trying to take a two dollar bag of chips without paying for it. That was very insulting and embarrassing. I feel sorry for her Subway! Please staff your stores with more than one person and have them be retrained on proper customer service if needed.

Great service! I ordered online and they kept my drink cold while waiting for me to pick it up. Very thoughtful. Food tasted great too!!

I will drive out of my way just to go to this subway. It tastes a lot better for some reason.Also, I agree with the other comment, the polite lady that works here deserves a raise. She’s so polite and hardworking :) I love when my subway is prepared by her. Always nicely made.

Waked in and tried to politely ask the Older age white women working behind the counter on 05/24/2023 at 7:25pm if I could use the restroom as many business prefer that you ask first. I was immediately met with bitterness and hostility from her for what seemed to be no apparent reason. I was planning on ordering a build your own sub once done using the restroom but after the attitude I received I can definitely say I won’t be purchasing food from this subway again.

I always come here for lunch dinner other people very nic the skinny white women always block restroom at 5 pm she also knows people drive Uber and other drivers also want use restrooms and eat that look ridiculous how hard without relief eat I never come back

Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the employee, but she was the best! Very genuine and attentive, easy-flowing conversation, light-hearted and kind laughs. She is the best part of this entire establishment and I will die on that hill!
