This company’s driver crashed with his truck into my wife’s car switching lanes. Fortunately my wife was not hurt but her car was damaged and can’t be driven. Initially he apologized to my wife and said something is wrong with his truck. Then he called his boss and he didn’t want to admit fault anymore. His boss instructed him to lie. My wife talked to his boss and found her rude and dismissive. My wife had to call the police to settle this. The police took statements and made up report in which they found him guilty of the accident and ticketed him although he lied to the police. Then they lied to their insurance company with a result after 8 weeks the insurance company does not want to admit liability. My wife’s car is still broken, the truck is still driving around causing havoc.

This company needs to tell its truck drivers that the speed limit on Capitol Way in Olympia is 25 mph and that trying to force me to go faster by hanging back and then quickly driving up to the rear of my car is aggressive driving and is illegal. When driving a marked company vehicle, everything the driver dies us a reflection of that company.

Whatever driver was in tumwater this morning was awful, they were swooping in and out of the lanes tryna get ahead of everyone and tailgating me and everyone else. And he got sick of tailgating me and passed me doing like 40 in a 25. Maybe get better drivers who aren’t road raging out? Just a thought
