We used Super Friends last month and were really happy with the services. Hernan and Galarza were a great team - they were punctual, read through the terms and conditions and contract with me before proceeding with the move, and then were efficient, respectful and pleasant to be around for the day. When the move was finished they again went through the contract showing the hours they were logging before we signed and payed. I really appreciated that level of transparency. A big thank you to Hernan and Galarza and I would use them again in the future.

They broke and damaged of our items. The owner, Jakup emailed and texted us they would repair and compensate us for all the damage. He has never returned our calls, emails, texts and had a certified letter returned to us. I flew back to Seattle and they are no longer at address listed on their website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company was responsive with the quote but when it came time to schedule the move they never returned a single phone call or email. Our move date came and went and we had to scramble to find an available mover.

Very disappointed in our experience with Super Friends moving from packing to unloading over the past few days. After having a very good experience in the booking process and working with Aaron to move dates around and answer questions during a virtual walk thru, the lack of professionalism and experience of the crew members was a very disappointing and frustrating surprise. We chose this company after receiving quotes from others in large part because they seemed very thorough and professional and they were recommended by our realtor. The actual move did not live up to this initial positive impression at all.
Packing day: The crew was supposed to arrive between 8-9 on Thursday and arrived after 1 pm after having to reach out to Aaron for an update at noon. The main person seemed to have experience, but the two people helping him appeared to never have moved anyone before, asking the main lead how to pack plates and cups and fragile kitchen items.
Loading: I watched them carry a wood bed frame unprotected to the truck and drop it off the end of the truck. I approached the crew member to look over the damage (split in two places and deep marks in several spots) and to ask why it hadn’t been wrapped. He said he planned to “put a blanket on it when he got to the truck” and gave me attitude when I said that all furniture items needed to be wrapped inside before moving the items since damage could happen en route (as it did). Meanwhile a leather chair was sitting alongside the damaged headboard also unwrapped and was sitting in the pouring down rain. He draped a moving blanket haphazardly over it to protect it. They left a white rug to the end of the day after walking all over it with their wet shoes. I rolled it myself and put it in my own car to try to save it from the last hour of moving activity.
Unloading: on arrival, the yellow moving van had a knack for hitting low hanging branches instead of trying to avoid them and had the whole street on edge watching them back down in a zig zag, narrowly avoiding cars. New neighbors asked who the company was so they could avoid using… After the loading experience, I requested the crew to protect the floors and doors of our home, prior to unloading (something I discussed with Aaron when booking and expected as standard practice). The lead crew member looked surprised and offered up his one floor protection roll which made it about 15 feet into the house. I was able to locate some other mats to lay down myself in hopes that it would help minimize the impact since the crew was unprepared.
After witnessing this unprofessional move unfolding, I texted Aaron to let him know and see if he could intervene with some more guidance for the crew because they were resistant/giving me attitude when asking them for a greater level of care to be taken with both our furniture and our homes. As of tonight, I have yet to hear back from Aaron or Jakub. Both have received phone calls, texts and emails in the last 48 hours. I’ll provide updates to the damage as we begin to unpack.

Fake company. They do not answer their phone, it just tells you instantly to leave a voicemail but before you can leave a voicemail it disconnects. I tried this more than once two days in a row.

this company blcoked the one way street that I live on refusing me access to my own apartment. additionally they were parked so far off the curb that there would have been room if they had parked better. then they got angry with me for asking them to be even a little considerate, I tried calling and the phone went right to voicemail. a bad and illegal way to run a business

They did a fantastic job in moving me into my new apartment today. The guys were efficient, clean, and paid attention to detail. Very satisfied on all accounts with the hard work and professionalism that was showed throughout my move. I applaud them and I am sure to recommend them to all of my friends in the area. Thank you guys, for everything you’ve done. 10/10, would recommend.

Their communication is awful. I tried to set an appointment and all it ever said on their website was pending. Eventually, the day of the virtual walk through I scheduled someone actually texted me to confirm the zoom and I explained that nobody even confirmed that you could move me. He actually said it's been a consistent problem and that something is wrong with the system. I ended up using Adam's moving. These people will not respond to your online requests and their is no way to call to get in contact with them. My recommendation is to use different movers.

Our moving experience was fine--nice guys and showed up in a timely manner. A $185 mirror was broken in transit and was left wrapped at our new house. We didn't discover the broken mirror for a few days and promptly contacted the owner, Jakob. After a week or two of reasonable communication around submitting a claim, he has now not responded to my emails for weeks (we moved in early May 2023). I've patiently awaited an update. I'd suggest using a different company.

I hired Super friends to move me to WI and it didn't go well. They came to my house and packed everything into one truck that I thought was going to be driven to the drop-off location, moved in the same truck as packed. It turns out that they "repacked" everything into another truck by what looks like throwing it all in blindly. Thousands of dollars in damages that I was promised reimbursement for only to be ghosted by the owner after a couple of months of the run around. Unprofessional and flat out heartless to damage peoples items and not take responsibility. Run like the wind unless you don't care about your belongings.Not to mention the missing boxes.
