I’ve been coming to super supplements for about six years now. My status is gold. I only mention that to say I've spent alot of money with this company and I have only gotten my supplements from vitamin Shoppe. They have a clearly stated return policy, and one thing I’m noticing is a lot of their employees. Don’t know how to do returns, and they aren’t very well trained. And it’s OK to not know how to do your job at times, but what they tend to do when they don’t know what they’re doing is make up some sad excuse of why they’re not allowed to do the return. and it’s OK to not know how to do your job at times, but what they tend to do when they don’t know what they’re doing is make up some sad excuse of why they’re not allowed to do the return in this situation the return policy was printed right in my face and I’m trying to read it to the manager her name was Laura P. Long story short, she’s telling me that she couldn’t do the return because it has to be returned to that same store that it was purchased from. Customers may return any opened or unopened merchandise purchased from any Vitamin Shoppe channelto any Vitamin Shoppe store within 30 days. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receivethe return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandisecredit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a Healthy Awards memberin which case you can look up their purchase history to determine the price that was paid for theitem. "all I would say is please train your employees on how to do their job she didn’t even know how to work the computer and she’s the store manager and I’m not trying to be mean or rude but it’s a inconvenience to the customers If she doesn’t know how to do her job and not familiar with the policies. I really needed help with supplements for medical reasons and I found this place, so happy that I did. The man there was so friendly, knowledgeable, and non-judgemental. I also loved that he gave me as much info as I needed and then left me to shop on my own with no pressure. He was so lovely and I hope to continue to come to this location :)

What a great surprise Super Supplements was when I walked through their doors! I honestly didn't know what to expect from their store. I had driven by it many times and just thought it was a small store with not much inventory, not thinking much about it. However, when my wife needed a hard-to-find supplement straightaway I googled where we could find it in a store, knowing that ordering would take longer through the mail. Super Supplements came up at the top of the search and said it was in stock and I could order/pre-pay online. I did, and went to pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw the large store, the many shelves and inventory, and wide variety of selections! They had everything! So impressed! Supplements, foods, beverages, everything! What it reminded me of, was Swanson's back in Fargo (for those of you that know what I'm talking about, Super Supplements is very close to what Swanson's offers ... for those that don't know what I'm talking about, that's a positive comparison to be linked to Swanson's). :-) They had friendly, knowledgeable staff and let me just wonder the isles, looking at what they had without continually asking if I needed help or made me feel like I should hurry up and leave. Highly recommend Supper Supplements and will definitely return!

I just had the nicest man named Jeff check me out while I was in today. He reminded me of why I drive in to get my amazing renew life probiotics instead of simply order them on amazon. The customer service at this location is awesome! I went in looking for a brand of CBD capsules I usually buy elsewhere and William told me about a different brand that he uses that's not only more effective but more cost effective. Because the brand was no longer being stocked on the shelves (I could still get it online), he went to a great deal of trouble searching for any remaining bottles and eventually discovered one. He also gave me several coupons for future purchases of this brand of CBD. Jeoff was also really helpful and knowledgeable. Will continue shopping at this location - great attitudes and they really know the different products.

What is really disappointing about this location is that the great customer service I received was a one time only deal. Super? Yeah not so Super at all.... The first time I came in I was met by some really great expert care and customer service by a young woman-she was tall with dark blonde hair. She was kind and spent quite a bit of time with me-I spent quite a bit of money.... Then I came back a week or so later and the same woman was there, I am sure the employees see so many different people-Then I mentioned to her that she was such a great help to me on my prior visit...she acknowledged my last visit then treated me like I had the bubonic plague for the remainder of my visit. That was highly disappointing-I asked her my question with the intention of purchasing---but after that cold greeting....I thanked her and left the store and drove to Safeway and purchased what I needed- And I will NOT be coming back...why bother. It is not just about your first visit, customer service is about all the visits...one bad visit ruined my perception of this store...and considering it is not really by anything else...so someone would have to go out of their way to come here. I'll do better at any drugstore vitamin aisle than this place.
