If I could rate zero stars, I would!
Visited this location around 11 am today and wasn't greeted at all, completely ignored.
Still, we looked around for a bit since we were interested in purchasing an anniversary ring.
After walking the loop around the store, an employee decided to stand DIRECTLY in front of me, covering the stand I was looking at. I was in disbelief and was ready to hear 'oh excuse me' or something of the sort!! She said nothing! and started wiping something on the stand. Absolutely terrible customer service and rude!

The staff and overall company are terrible! I purchased earrings there in November, and after 2-3 months of use, crystals from the earrings just came off! I brought the earrings to the store today, February 25, 2024, and the woman who works there said that these crystals are only supposed to be worn "on special occasions." I cannot wear these earrings in my everyday life BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FINE JEWELRY. And she said SHE CANNOT even replace my earrings because IT'S MY FAULT! I'm like, what????? I already checked their policy, and on the website, I saw that I HAVE A WARRANTY for two years! So, Swarovski, maybe you can advise me on this matter? Lol! Worst store, staff and company ever!

One of the employees was very rude. I was standing next to the checkout and she came out from the back while texting, and barely acknowledged me. She said hello and went back to texting. I asked if they offered a repair service and she said they don't offer that, I said ok and turned to leave and she didn't say anything else after that, no "have a good day" or "sorry" or anything. Just unprofessional.

I came in for a gold club member gift. While I was hesitating if I should pick the travel bag or the necklace, trying to take a closer look at the necklace, this staff with blonde hair grabbed the necklace, put it on the further back to refrain me from looking at it. Then she said:" it's free stuff anyway why it takes you so long to decide? This is the last necklace, so you are lucky, just take this home." It's very unfortunate that the last time I went there were two ladies very professional. I am not sure what's wrong with this blonde lady, the first time I came in for online return, she wouldn't return, first made an excuse of "she had never done one" then she paused the return process and forced me to try some watches at the store and to buy it since I was returning watches. I was planning to maybe buy a watch at the store before I came in, but not with this type of attitude. Swarovski needs to stop using unprofessional and ignorant staff

I have been purchasing from this location for around 3 years now and wanted to return a bracelet that I had purchased for my mother, they refused even with the receipt....what the............ I will never shop there again.

The staff there were too pushy and it was hard to look around in peace without someone breathing down your neck. Most are nice just a bit overbearing but some of them tends to look down on those who they think can't afford anything there which is very off-putting.

Very nice salespeople and I love my earrings. The earrings are perfect but the backs are terrible they oxidized.
