Had to call back twice to schedule an appointment here because the first lady was rude about a bad reception. I know my line was not the issue as I was making calls through out the day. That's not a good first start. Luckily the second time I got someone else.

reception lady is super nice! however the lady who performed my ultrasound was so rude when i asked her for a photo of my baby’s face she said “he’s too down low i’m not a magician”. and she kept trying to scare me about my baby’s weight. i told her i would discuss this with my doctor not her.

Emergency room physician is being very mean and has expressed a hateful attitude towards me. I feel very afraid being here.
