I was first in line. They let somebody else go ahead of me. On line they could not fix the problem, said to go to store. Store says go on line. Total waste of my time.

I came to this store well before closing time and the girl working there took her sweet time to help someone else who came in after me. She later told me that she wouldn’t be able to help me that day and asked me to come back next day. Highly recommend you stay away from this place

Manager is extremely aggressive and beyond unprofessional. Obviously has anger issues and can't control his anger.The first time I went there I was given wrong information and was not helped out at all. Later that night I got a text asking to submit a review. The next day I had went back to T-Mobile on 45th to inquire about a new phone and immediately was approached by the manager that was extremely hostile and aggressive questioning me on my review. He confronted me immediately while I was looking at phones with my daughter. I was shocked how his approach was driven straight from rage within being so aggressive, questioning me on why I submitted a review and why it I said what I said in regards to the incorrect information I was provided. I told him my reasonings as he demanded an explanation from me. He obviously was not happy or agreed with anything I was saying as he was expressing them by cutting me off and talking over me with literal anger and bulging eyes. Like he was furious I couldn't believe it! In the meantime I'm clutching my daughter's hands taking a couple steps back taking by surprise on his reaction.FIRST THING IS!!!!I was Unaware that submitting a review sent by T-Mobile through text would not be ANONYMOUS!?I was so in disbelief by is reaction like I thought we were about to square up! No joke...He would not allow me to finish a sentence before cutting me off with his disapproval. His aggressive approach being in my face and confronting me with his chest out like a bully escalated quickly to the point where I had to tell him to stop stepping up to me and to back off. Remember you, I'm with my 7 Year old Daughter as he's acting this way. Being unsure of his actions I literally was clutching my Daughter's hand pulling her close as my Daughter did the same to me. He was extremely unprofessional and aggressive towards me its unbelievable. By far one of the most uncomfortable aggressive approaches a manager can have to a customer!! I actually felt threatened by this manager to the point of leaving the store immediately after.

I was shocked at how knowledgeable the staff is at this place. It was so easy and quick to get a phone set up for my son. I was dreading this visit but was very pleasantly surprised!!

If I could give 5 negotiate stars I would. My experience with T-Mobile has been terrible. First off more bars in more places does not equal better service or coverage. Second it was a bait and switch with prices and savings. Third when trying to switch I called to get a transfer pin and asked if I needed to do anything further. I was told no. When I did the switch only 1 of the numbers on the account transferred over. I called and was told a manager needed to do something and they would call me within 2 hours. 4 hours later I call and was told I only needed to pay off my devices which I did. Then was told everything would transfer within 48 hours. After 50 hours nothing happened so I called again and was told that an override department needed to authorize the transfer since the final bill hasn't been generated. However I couldn't talk to them because they are an internal service group that only T-Mobile agents can email.So far I'm on day 6 and T-Mobile still is holding my phones and numbers hostage. I feel like they are making things and departments up.DON'T EVEN SWITCH TO T-MOBILE!! WORST CELL SERVICE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Great TMobile store. Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Immediately better than any of my experiences at Verizon or Sprint stores. Very glad I switched. Prices are reasonable and service is good in most of Seattle.

Bought two cell phones there from a very helpful staff. Parking in front. This store is close by. Was recommended by my brother who is familiar with T-Mobile and cell phones.

I had a LOVELY experience at this store! I went in to get a prepaid SIM and the woman who helped me was so helpful, friendly and kind. She went above & beyond to make sure I was set up for a great visit to Seattle!

The people who work here are incredible and genuinely want to help, they’re not transactional like most stores. I would 10/10 recommend this location for any needs someone might have to resolve, because the people will make sure you leave satisfied with your experience. I specifically want to give a shout-out to Tafa and Cesar!

Had a FANTASTIC experience with a complex issue at this T-Mobile. Abby M. was a superstar who handled curveball issues like a champ — and made sure we got out of their fast!We were transferring over four lines and 5G Home Internet service from Verizon and T-Mobile blew the competition out of the water in speed and efficiency.Shoutout to Jose V. who jumped in to help AND fielded the rest of the customers when small things took longer than expected.We will definitely be coming back to the team at this T-Mobile — and recommend you do too!

The guy who helped me here, zero personality, I already had a very poor experience with TMobile actual services, but c'mon TMobile hire people that actually I have a little bit of happiness inside their hearts ???
