Very poor costumer service. Employees are the epitome of entitlement and seem to view customers as an interruption to their personal calls. Poor communication and followup. No manager available. Would not recommend.

Extremely poor customer service. Rude, entitled employees simply can't be bothered to do their job and prioritize their personal phone usage and cat fights with fellow employees over the work they are being paid for ... and then complain about not getting any respect. No on-site manager, poor communication between employees. There used to be a knowledgeable, customer-service oriented employee at this location who was super helpful.

I got what I needed with feeling of confidence. Lana, the girl who assisted me, is very accommodating and knows what she's doing. She's efficient in her work.

Warning: Do not go to this store.If I could given less than 1 star, I would. The manager is 100 unprofessional in person and over the phone. I have come in several times to get this situation fixed, and she is always out even when she's supposed to be in the store, according to her associates and assistants. I've called, and she acts like she doesn't have time to fix the issue she created by not doing her job in the first place. I returned the equipment to her with one of her associates there. She wouldn't give me a receipt saying their computers were down... And since then I've had problems. She misplaced the equipment, and I've even given her the IMEI# for the equipment I gave her and stole; she has no clue where she put it. This is causing a lot of pain and frustration because my bill is still showing it as active and charging my account for something I returned months ago. Over $200+ for something I don't have, all because of her competence. This person should not be a manager and lacks the necessary skill set to do her job efficiently.I had an incredibly frustrating experience at T-Mobile while returning equipment. The manager not only failed to follow the correct return procedure but also created a mess by falsely claiming equipment was missing. Despite the issues, the manager has been noticeably absent in resolving the problems she caused. It was a disappointing and unprofessional encounter overall.

Given the experiences I've had several times at this store with the manager and associates in person and on the phone, I don't plan to return. I asked several times for the GM's contact information, and they refused to give it to me. I have tried to escalate this issue, and it still hasn't been resolved. I want this issue to be rectified. I have been a loyal customer for a while, and this whole ordeal has prompted me to look at other carriers with better customer service and who do not lie to consumers, steal, or misplace their items. My overall experience has been horrific, and I would like to be contacted by the GM or someone hired than the manager at the store who doesn't want to do her job or work with customers.

Worst sevice off all tmobile. Customers literally wait around until the agents feel like talking to them. At one point 2 agents were helping one person and did not even communicate with the 3 other customers who came into the store. After 45 minutes i just left because they still didnt acknowledge me and give an estimated time line.

If there’s negative starts I’ll select it. This location is not even T-Mobile corporate site it’s third party owned. I’ll highly recommend and please to do not go to this location. The store manager named Kiana steel my home intern modem and using for something else. I don’t understand why she’s avoiding me and not communicating explain where the modem is unless she looses. After I cancel my home intern I returned my modem to her on September 24, 2023 around 4pm but she never returned ship back. Now T-Mobile trying to charge me for unreturned modem plus T-Mobile did not find any where in the warehouse. Every time I go to the store she hides and they tell me she is not here. What kind of manager is not at location during work hours I don’t think she understands what the manager duties. Again please avoid going into this location.

Vanessa is a Saint at this store I'm more shocked she isn't running her own business. How cutthroat the phone business is,I'm in awe she is on her hard work and work is. Thank you and best wishes on her raise. May God provide more people of her statue to this store.

The customer service by Vanessa was ABOVE and BEYOND.I am seriously impressed. She was working alone, and managed to help 5 people at one time in a very clear and friendly manner.Vanessa was so kind and attentive to everyone in the store, that no one was even that mad about the wait. And trust me, it was a loooooong wait.I work in Human Resources, and I can honestly say that T-Mobile has a very valuable employee on their hands. They really should give her a raise and show her appreciation, because if I worked in retail, I would certainly try to poach her for my own business.Vanessa! You rule, girl!

Worse customer services ever! IF I COULD GIVE THIS NEGTIVE 1. Don't go to this third-party store unless you want to rip off.My partner and I went into this store last month to upgrade our phones. First:The line with ridiculous long we waited for 3 hrs. With no one come a greed us or infomed us how long the wait was. Second: When it come to the part where they ask if we wanted a protection plan. My partner and I verbally said no, and we declined the plan. When we got our bill today. It was said we have been charged with the feature that we didn't ask for. (I'm very upset because the person who helped us was rushing us the whole time with the processes while helping some other person with their phone at the same time. When we walked out of the store, my phone number didnt fully activated. We had to go to another store just to get my phone number activated. Just to find out, the person from this store switched my Sim card to someone else.First, it was rushing the process, then adding a feature to our plan that we didn't consent to just so that the person can hit their monthly quota and then switch my phone number to someone else. Which breching our term of agreement. I already have this reported to the regional corporate. Base on what I had read from customer review. I'm very upset this store still continues letting their workers scamming their customers.DONT GOT TO THIS THIRD PARTY STORE!!!

I had some issues with my phone while on vacation in WA. I received great customer service and Kiana able to solve the issue. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful!

While there are a couple of standouts, customer service here pretty much is abysmal. Not only do you wait a long time, but they make no effort to help you figure out where you are in line.
