We went 2 times to this location to get some help to solve some problems with our phones.The ladies who were working are not able to help at all.They are not knowledgeableabout the products. T Mobile should not keep them workingfor the Company.

It all started when I was switching from AT&T to here and I went in and heard about a promotion where they were buying my old phone for $1000, so I bought a new iPhone 15 and with my understanding was that phone was basically paid for so I was only going to pay the $90 a month bill for just service. They failed to mention that I don’t get that thousand dollars right away I’m still paying the phone off as if I decided I wanted to just buy a new phone that day, they took care of my phone and got me out the door pretty quick with good kind service just failed to explain how the promotion actually worked in case they have this promotion where they’re buying old phones it’s not really the case ask for more information.

Jorge was amazing, he was patient , kind and very willing to help. Without him I would of not made it this far in my process of fixing my phone. He was the best, and I recommend anyone who goes to T-Mobile to visit and ask for him.

I've tried really hard to like T-Mobile. I can't, they suck. I had to wait an hour for help with the worthless phone I bought from them. They won't let let customers use the restroom. I'm moving to Mint before the end of this month.

Austin sucks. Don't waste your time talking to this guy. He doesn't know how to explain the discounts or plans in a way that makes financial sense. He refused to listen to us. He ended up laughing in our faces when we couldn't understand. He was incredibly arrogant. Unacceptable level of customer service.

Great experience with Andy! He was able to help us smoothly transition out of my parent’s plan to my fiancé phone plan. The experience with getting our new iPhone was super easy and fast as well. The staff here overall are cheerful and easy to work with!

I had a great experience at this T-Mobile store today. I was greeted at the door and added to the wait list. When my name was called, Nina helped me change from a removable sim to and esim and we discussed some other things as well. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. 12/10 definitely recommend.

Incompetent liars at this location (and most others too), worst coverage, worst customer service, and high pricing. We were with them for at least 15 years, getting charged $196 for only 3 lines. If you read the positive reviews, you'll see they are getting NEW service, not canceling, so if course they are nice. All about getting a sale. They will never let you leave their service. We had decided to switch to Xfinity, and it took 3 days, 3 trips to this store, 5 calls to the call center in India, with a horrible connection and accent, unable to understand them trying to move our numbers over. The guy at this store flat out lied, saying you can only do it on the app. Wrong! You HAVE do it in the store as well as on the phone, if the primary phone works. With my husband's line being the primary and his phone being broken, there was no way to login so HAD to do it in the store. Unfortunately not the worst customer service I've had with a company, but pretty close.Since being with Xfinity for 2 weeks now, and paying only $33 total for 2 unlimited lines for the first year, we are very happy with them so far. Verizon is also a good choice and they have lowered their prices and have much better coverage.Had a friend run into the same problem with a different store, spending 3 hours just to move 1 line over while trying to deal with a a 9 month old crying baby. You'd think that would make them go faster but nope, they don't care one bit, especially if you're leaving their service. If you decide to get their service, be prepared to keep them forever cause they won't let you cancel.

Shantille helped us out with our switch from Verizon. She was extremely efficient and helped us get set up right away! She listened to our needs and set us up with a plan that works. On top of that, we got a great promotional deal that gave us both apple watches. Shantille pays attention to detail and is very transparent. Great service all around. :)

Customer service lacking at this location. Staff is lazy, Two representatives for one person - so they laugh and joke together. While customers waiting. When finally ask to help - they can’t do anything to assist my T-mobile account. I call customer service - they indeed did help me over the phone. Wasted office space IMO.

Best customer service , best knowledge on deals and help the customer and family place and all communication and try to help with no attitude or racism !! Best place to get your phone and will go the extra mile and make sure your perfect with everything and not push you into anything like Verizon will do !! So go and get you iPhone 15 with associate Andy and he easy on the eyes and will make sure you have a phone case so it not damaged ;)

I would have to say that whoever these employees think they are and they think they can treat anyone the way they want, they have it wrong! You treat the person I love with disrespect and are rude, we will walk out and never do business with this location again. Thanks for the negative experience.

Associate Marco and the beautiful female associates Make it positively , friendly and knows there things and know how to please each customer so they feel welcomed and cared for !!!! If I could I give them 100/10 of how amazing they are especially working together and helping each other when one needs helps

A good T mobile store at Northgate Mall. I went in and received assistance about possibly buying a new phone. I spoke to a young man who was professional, knowledgable and empathetic- the store was clean and bright and I received immediate attention. This store was empty with no customers so this location is a good alternative to the to the tmobile store in downtown which is very busy if you do not want to wait in line
