I have a city inspector coming today for a rental property. I needed a second crew to hold the latch more securely. Stopping by Tacoma Screw on my way over there their computer was down, so they could accept payment. But that didn't stop Will from doing me a huge solid and finding and giving me the tiny screw I needed so I can pass inspection! Thank you Will!

Bill from the Kirkland store was filing in for someone and helped me today (Saturday). Even though they were going to be closing in 30 minutes and I was only buying about $6 worth of rather unique/specific hardware, Bill and another employee spent a good amount of time helping me find just the right hardware for my needs.Summary: excellent service, clean and well-organized shop, good prices, and great selection. What's not to like?!?

They almost always have that hard to find fastener. Whether you are buying one nut / bolt or enough to build a skyscraper they're always super helpful.

Review is for the Sales person Mark specifically, not for Tacoma Screw in general. He wasn't very helpful, had an attitude when helping us find the screws that we needed. I would describe the attitude as annoyed at us for not knowing exactly the names or the type of screws, heads, etc that we were looking for. He could have at least pulled out a catalog and have us point to a screw that we're looking for. This was our first time buying screws, so it would have been nice to have the same wonderful experience as others have written about in previous reviews.

Pricing is slightly higher than Internet prices and they take a long time with quotes but it's still my favorite store along with Ballard industrial for this sort of thing. They have what I need in stock just of the tube and for a fair price. I will always buy from them even if it costs %20-30 more than Amazon/Walmart. It's worth it to keep them around.

i had stripped a bolt while i was working on my bike, and i gave the stripped bolt to them, and they were able to find a matching screw. the best part, it was entirely free! i highly recommend this business for your screw needs.

Have been shopping here for a few years! Most knowledge and friendly staff I have ever met. Usually when you go to a big box store they have no idea, these guys know exactly what you need. Will never shop anywhere else unless they don't have why I need.
