I've never had a bad experience at one of their stores, but in this case, I'd like to point out a short, bald staff member who practically threw us out of the store at 9:05 p.m. It's not the kind of treatment I usually receive at a Target. I assume it was because they thought we were foreigners. Terrible customer service.

Great location right near Pike Public market. The store is adequately stocked. Although it was a weekend crowd with lots of people, I had a quick check out experience after purchasing what I needed. The check out staff too were friendly and helpful.

Half the products are locked behind the displays because a lot of people in Seattle don’t have the self control to not steal. If you hit the sensor to ask for assistance, you will wait forever. Employees will not come and help, they will forget about you, or you will be waiting for 15 minutes if they actually do help you. Avoid this target.

No Public Restrooms! Most of the pharmacy section was locked and required a “push for assistance”. It was definitely not a Target experience that I am used to.

Waited 5 minutes for someone to come unlock the case so I could get a $10 bottle of multivitamins. I eventually gave up and ordered it through Amazon.
A week later, I waited 12 minutes for someone to come unlock the case for $15 laundry detergent. There were many others waiting too over similarly priced products.
I've never really had to wait more than a couple minutes in the past. Now it's just not sustainable. I will no longer shop at this Target to save myself time, even though it's just 2 blocks from my apartment.

Don’t trust the parking ad on the poster!! Parking fee fluctuates at least one Fridays and weekends. Don’t know if it changes on other workdays and stat holidays. It was indeed free for the first hour if you are a target customer, and $14+tax for another two hours. But when you want to add hour on your app, there isn’t an option that you can choose by hour for $3 at all when we tried to extend it on an early Friday afternoon. Instead you’ll have to pay at least for another $14+tax for two hours as that’s the minimum option if you want to extend, and you’ll have to plan for something else for that additional two hours time otherwise it’s just a waste of money paid. Target service people said it’s because of the weekend and Premium changes the prices all the time — then you shouldn’t promote misleading messages like that on your poster or add a disclaimer below for correct expectations. If we have known that in advance, we would have planned the time in downtown and activities in a way we wanted, and wouldn’t need to pay unexpected amount for parking.
