You'll literally never be more disappointed than shopping at this store. You like exceedingly long lines? Employees who never open cases? Aimless carts piled high with product? Homeless people screaming? Or just the feeling of dread swell up inside you? Then this store is for you! Otherwise, shop online. This place is a joke. Someone please put this place out of its misery,

I've now had two experiences with an employee, if I recall right, named, Marvin Wood, and let me just say WOW! I wish they could clone employees like that! You don't see employees like that anymore. He's on it! He's fast! He's friendly! He's competent! He's goes the extra mile! Give that man Employee of the Month!

This Target is amazing. We are visiting from California and Oregon where our Target stores are closed, moved, or in suburbia. Yes, the aisles are guarded like Fort Knox, but there were lots of staff to help me secure my purchases. Once we...as a society ...stop condoning unfettered drug use on our streets, then perhaps our stores in the downtown corridor will have a more pleasant shopping vibe.

I ordered for pick up and it was ready fairly quickly, that's one star. I went to pick it up and was being helped by a new employee. I could tell because she acted as such. That wasn't my issue. My issue was that she was asking for help from two other employees who weren't bothering to help. One walked off and told her to ask someone else and the other girl barely paid any attention. I was on a time crunch, hence why I ordered for pick up, and because no employee wanted to help her, it took her longer than it should have. She was hesitant to ask for help which makes sense since they weren't much help anyway. My product works great. That the second star. She tried her best and still got it done, that's the 3rd.

Everything is locked up now, and I have to ask employees to get them for me, which is very inconvenient. They have security guards that look like they are ready to deploy in Iraq, who I always see making some sort of scene with someone. I've seen banks with less security. The lines get pretty ridiculous.

This target is pretty bad safety wise. So bad they have hired off duty police. I would not recommend it, if you do go be carful and use the restroom before you go. They completely closed the public bathrooms it got so bad. So keep your trip short and skip the Starbucks in the lower level so you're not holding it while shopping and risking uromysitisis like Jerry. Essentially everything is locked up now so you have to get someone to get you a key. Kind of shocked it's still open.

This place is a nightmare. I came in today, and the place was a mess. I tried to get help with something, and no one was willing to help with something I wanted that was locked up. I always felt they had a good selection of things, and they have ok value when it comes to prices. But aside from that they need to up their customer service. Not really happy with how the visit went today here

For a city Target near Pike Place Market, this location is BIG! It has three floors and sell everything a Target does like toys and even groceries. There are self-checkout aisles making it fast.

Had to purchase another suitcase for our travels while on vacation. The store had ONLY self checkout. We used self checkout and had to get help bc we accidentally scanned suitcase twice as it was bulky and hard to get up on scanner. We walked right out the store with it after paying no problem. After spending $50 in uber there and back to hotel realized the next morning they didn't remove the sensor. Called the store and explained our problem and was told to come back to the store. I explained I couldn't spend another $50 in uber just to remove a sensor. He was unwilling to help me any other way. This was after I tried every department they had to speak to someone and was hung up on every single department. I don't know how they remain in business.

Like many other targets, this place has gone down hill. Almost everything that isn't food or clothes is locked away. I went for 5 items, literally all were locked up. Ended up walking out with out any of them bc I couldn't be bothered to wait 5 minutes per item for an employee to open. I'm giving up on it

We were in town visiting none other than Pike Place Market and needed some munchies... We bought things like... Red Bull Olie POP Chips Clothes A belt... Advil... But let's talk about what I really wrote this review for... CART ESCALATOR... Are you kidding me? We literally watched a woman (an obvious local) stroll along and push her cart past the signage that says "carts only" and off it took and I swear we were like two clueless california gals watching this action like a kid stares out a vehicle window... This may not be the most entertainment we found in Seattle, but for an errand run to Target...... this stole the show! LOL... Thank you for reading!

I am Grady Goodwin today is September 25 2023. I placed an order at Target.com at 1:13 a.m. to be delivered at 9a.m. I waited until 10:45 before receiving a message from Shipt, stating they couldn't start until 11 a.m. That's unacceptable when they had all that time to contact me. I called the Lakewood store and was hung up on twice. That's totally disrespectful. I've been a target card holder for a decade, I demand better than that.

I placed an order for pickup and drove 45 mins to get there. Barely made it before the closing time (this is the only target that I know of that closes at 8pm). It was in front of the door by 7:56pm and the doors were closed. I could see a couple of people inside and tried to get their attention to open the door. An older lady started walking towards the door and I thought she was going to open it, then another lady inside waved at her not to open it. I called target customer care to contact the store and just asked them to please give me my order, which I urgently needed. The customer agent was absolutely no help! He gave me a reference number and asked me to give it to someone at the store. After I explicitly told him that I couldn't access anyone at the store. I totally understand closing when it's closing time, but denying service to a customer when it's not closing time is wild.

Maybe invest some of the tacticool body armor budget into providing bathrooms for the customers
