Jason at Tesla was great to work with. No pressure, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be around. He answered all of the questions we had and made it a comfortable experience to check out the cars we were interested in. When I was ready to buy, he was able to look up inventory that was on the way to nearby locations and help me through the purchase process. While we were considering other cars, the Model Y had a price drop and he let us know. So so much better than any other car buying experience! Thanks Jason!

Worked with Jason who helped my wife and me with test driving a model 3. Jason was very friendly and approachable. We had some downtime so Jason kindly went over the features of the car using the one in the show floor. I had questions regarding leasing and general questions about the car and Jason was knowledgeable in all aspects and provided clear answers to all my questions. Definitely came out knowing alot more compares to when i went in.

My husband and I went into Tesla for demo-drive. We got the opportunity to talk and ask questions to Jason. Jason is very nice and professional. We definitely had a great experience!

Had the worse experience at Tesla today, the guy who was showing around literally discouraged us from buying the X, ignored us the whole time just working on his computer and barely gave any information that helped us make any decision. I've never dealt with a person so useless in Sales! Some people should not be in customer care.

I have never experienced this kind of customer service I was interested getting one me and my husband walked in the store there was 3 sales people staring at the computer we were there for 20 minutes looking at the cars they don’t even know you are exist in that store.

Very efficient service. Not a fan of Elon but his Tesla team has created a no-nonsense approach to the car buying process that other manufacturers owe to aspire to. From the time we picked our vehicle (30 minutes); to completing trade-in, finance, and purchase documents online via Tesla app (<2 hours); to picking up our vehicle (<30 minutes), every task was achieved with ease and efficiency.

Night and day! I'm a lifelong Mercedes Benz owner/ driver. It's the only car/cars I've ever had or driven till about 2 days ago. Went in for another purchase and the new ownership of dealership ( Phill Smart is gone, now own by Swickard) left me in such a bad taste. Left after a whole day without a car. I was leaning toward electric version. Almost ordered a car online. But glad I came in. Trevin was the adviser and he's totally the BEST!!Needless to say, I've ordered my car already! It took me less than 2 hours to pick, test drive and order! He even let me take it for a test drive over night. Experience was night and day! Thanks, Trevin!!!

My experience has been 100% negative with customer service I have receive from this particular location. The initial demo driving from scheduling to actual meeting a sales-guy named Trevin wasn't a pleasant one. On the day of demo driving, I needed Trevin to answer some of my important car technical questions. BUT, I strongly felt he was not willing, tone of his voice was unpleasant, and left me alone with car alone to do the testing driving. Prior to scheduling my demo drive appointment, I was rudely told if I'm going to place an order afterwards. It felt there's an explicit pressure make order, even before having to experience the product. The most troubling experience was (and is still on-going) is that how unhelpful the other sales guy is towards solving the repeated delivery dates. The only lame excuse I got was the delivery date will happen much earlier, and be patient. There's not a single effort to reach out to the company to get the detail why there's unreasonable push in delivery further into the future. I am feeling I am bind to this unwanted sales because how Tesla holding my $250 as a hostage money, meaning I will lose the money if I cancel the order. This is a violation of consumer right.

Though I initially doubted my decision to purchase my first EV, this particular location made me feel very confident in my choices.I'm especially grateful for having Raphael assist me throughout the entire process - answering all my calls & texts regarding specs and details on the purchases. Even when I requested multiple changes to my order, the whole process was made incredibly seamless thanks to Raph's hard work!I walked in as a skeptic, but now I am so glad to have come in to this location for my Tesla purchase. Thank you again to Raphael!

The employees are very friendly, approachable, and most of all helpful! The service here is a breath of fresh air from traditional car dealerships where you doubt if the person is actually trying to help you or trying to sell you a car.Test drives were smoothly scheduled, and all of our questions were patiently answered. Highly recommend for anyone interested in getting a Tesla.

The worst customer service ever. I already owned a Tesla and wanted to upgrade to X but after the customer service we received we decided we will ditch Tesla entirely and switch to other electronic cars.

My friend and I were walking past the store and decided to go inside and peak at one of the cars. As my friend and I open the door to the business one of the associates shouts across the room at us, “you just dreaming?” I was baffled. There was no greeting. No professionalism from the jump. We hadn’t even stepped all the way into the building. I asked the salesman to clarify himself because I wanted to see if he was even aware of what he just said. Once he heard me speak he corrected himself and asked us if we interested In purchasing. My friend and I are both persons of color so I immediately knew where he was coming from. Teslas aren’t so appealing after that experience.
