The service was top notch, and clearly the servers are into their jobs and provided top notch service. We share the huckleberry pancakes, bacon, hashbrowns with the addition of 2 eggs over medium. Eggs were probably just slightly overcooked, but I won't ding them here as it was all hot and tasty. I am going back this morning.

The service was EXCEPTIONAL. The staffing going above and beyond for a birthday at our table. The food was delicious, especially the Benedict's. Access directly off of 5 in the Renaissance with comped underground parking or valet. Will definitely return.

Not the typical hotel restaurant. We ate here twice on our trip. The service was really good in the afternoon but not as great during the breakfast rush. The restaurant ambiance is casual but nice. The food was good both times. There is definitely better outside in the city but as far as hotel restaurants go, no complaints.

Stopped in to get coffee and a pasty, a plain black coffee cost me 7$ and a cold, hard croissant another 7$. Keep walking and find a Starbucks.

I had family in town as they were attending the NFL game today and we didn't want to have a big T-Day dinner. So we did this brunch instead. It was a good meal with a good selection of food. It was a combination of breakfast and Turkey dinner samplings. 1st - why Open Table doesn't just list the restaurant as being INSIDE the Renaissance Hotel, I don't know. That would make getting their so much easier. We arrived at 11:30 when they opened and in 90 minutes only saw five other customers! I surmise it was the (after tax and added 20% gratuity) $130/pp price! At that price point, it should be bottomless mimosas, not just one! Standout items were the ham, cornbread stuffing, lobster ravioli with shrimp and crepe station. Although they only had sweet crepes or lox & cream cheese options. But the crepes were made to order. Good food, but really too expensive for the venue and experience!

Quite possibly the best Steak Frites with chimichuri sauce I have ever had! Along with great food, the service was phenomenal and the dining area feels large, but wasn't loud or echo-y.. our large group could all chat and hear each other without issue.Parking: The reception desk validates up to 2 hours for restaurant patrons.

Very bad service, I asked for water and I never got it I asked for tea nothing. They charged a “mandatory” 20% service fee. Go to another place don’t waste your time there

LOVELY RESTAURANT INSIDE RENAISSANCE SEATTLEThis restaurant is on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Most hotels offer the standard fare for breakfast, not so here. The range of offerings is very good and it's beautifully laid out. I stayed in the hotel and breakfasted here on two occasions, as it was included with my room. Not sure of prices otherwise. You can choose al a carte or buffet and I had the latter. There are hot and cold choices, from eggs and make your own waffles to a fine selection of cold cuts, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurts and cereals. The service was friendly and efficient and I didn't feel rushed. I'd love to know the story behind the name, but there's no information available and no-one I asked knew how it came to be.

Good food, friendly service, lively atmosphere. The prices on the Google version of the menu are very out of date, to the tune of 50%. Also, be prepared to pay a mandatory 20% service charge in addition. (Example: avocado toast is $19, not $12 plus 20% service charge and taxes.) However, conveniently located with plenty to offer a variety of dietary needs and tastes.

I’ve been here several times during my stay, and have been amazed at the service as well as the quality of the restaurant. The service by both Lisa as well as Lamont has been impeccable, and the food - whether ordering the buffet or through the menu - has been tasty, and hearty. The vibe of the restaurant is great, on both quiet and busy days. Would highly recommend coming here if staying at the Renaissance hotel.

Average food served with dispassionate stares at shamelessly high prices.Don't bother eating here, eat at any of the 2 dozen restaurants that are within 0.5 miles of this hotel.

Burnt white toast. That's how best to describe this place. And that's exactly what you'll get.The ambiance is nice, the service was pleasant with a smile, so two stars for those. However, the food is bland and drastically overpriced. My party and I considered the breakfast buffet but decided against it as what was out did not fit the price point of $30 per person. The assortment of available options looked either overcooked or undercooked and definitely not fresh.Having chosen from the main menu, our order came out as a beautiful presentation, but that was all. The toast was wonderbread and burnt, the eggs were super runny and tasted like water and the hashbrowns tasted of cardboard.Sadly I can't recommend this place. One would do much better walking down the street and finding a hole in the wall. The food would be better and the price would be a fraction.

Located on the second floor of the Renaissance Hotel. We are staying at the hotel and were up bright and early (still on East Coast time). My daughter and I popped in for breakfast just in time for the 6:30 a.m. opening. You have your choice of buffet or a la carte menu. Since we didn't know about the a la carte menu, we went for the buffet; $29 which includes coffee and juice. Typical Marriott Buffet but slightly elevated. 20% service charge (tip) and tax are added. My daughter had Raisin Bran, bacon and orange juice. I had half a jalapeno cheese bagel with cream cheese, a few breakfast potatoes, some bacon and ham and cheddar cheese. So, not really worth $60+ to us. So, this was one and done for us.We had wonderful servers and a great view of I-5 on a beautiful sunny Seattle morning.

Very disappointed in this restaurant. My wife and daughter asked for iced coffee and they were served iced tea. I asked for a plain bagel with no butter and I was served a breakfast bagel with egg, sausage and cheese. My daughter asked for a poached egg and we were charged for two. To compound matters it seemed to take an excessive amount of time to receive our order. I know all restaurants can have an off day, but, this seems excessive. In their defence they were very apologetic and they didn’t charge for my bagel.
