Been getting my lashes done here for 2+ years. Devonna is my main lash gal, and she cleans my lashes so nicely before applying the new ones. She is a stickler for perfection and cleanliness! If Devonna isn’t there (which is rare), I trust all their lash techs.

I went into the shop and came out of the shop with my lashes looking the same way as I went in.I showed proof, with pictures take of me just a few hours before I went into the shop and video from the day before. They will probably respond and say my lashes all gone or something which isn’t true AT ALL.When I showed the picture the women said “well I don’t know maybe all the lashes came out with the Ariona [the tech] washed them!!!lThen proceeded to say:The justification: “that Ariona did add a few lashes, I mean she did your lashes for a 1.5 hrs” and “we can offer you $20 off your $85 volume fill”During this full, I was pricked several times and literally said “ow” out loud.I voiced my concerns and unhappiness to not only the staff, but the staff called the owner, so she’s aware and still charged me.And I’m a prior customer - as I’ve been to the salon once before and scheduled the same service.

The first time my boyfriend went in to get his brows done they did a great job. (A blonde lady did a wonderful job and was thorough) This second time was TERRIBLE. I didn’t go with him this time and I wish I would have. They barely even waxed his brows… I had to go over it with the tweezers to line his brows up and shape them... For $27 you’d expect way better. They didn’t even trim them up. His eyebrows are so incredibly bushy there is a-lot to work with so I’m not sure why they did him like that. Whoever did it this second time around was obviously scared to put the wax on or something. I typically do them myself but it takes me a long time to tweeze his thick brows. Looks like I’ll have to go back to doing it myself… I had half a mind to call them about this but didn’t think it’d do much good. I wish he would have spoken up but with being in that environment with mostly women he just didn’t.Service: Eyebrows

I like Carol. I like her place. I liked the whole thing.I’m just hoping she’s doing well, given inflation and recession-era economic conditions.Honestly, this is a place where rich people can pay lots of money to fight the Dragon of Aging.“…Just don’t apply the money directly to your face, Y’all!”(NYT joke this morning.)Career Advice for people with people skills:Become an aesthetician. EDIT: updated from 2 to 3 stars.Long story short, I went here instead of my regular place and was left with major eye irritation and an uneven, over curled set of lashes. My guess was this was some combo of an off day, a sensitivity to one of the solutions used, and my very watery eyes. The added star is for the above and beyond care and communication the salon had with me in order to fix this. I ultimately decided to return to my regular technician. But I would say that in the off chance something goes wrong for you here, they will work very hard to fix it.Service: Lash lift

Maybe it was my error in booking anything other than lash and wax here. I made an appointment for my very first Hydrafacial at 5:45pm. I was booked with Davonna. Upon arrival the door was locked and no one was at the front desk. When someone did open the door she let me know my appointment shouldn’t have been at 5:45pm. I let her know I selected and scheduled that time via the mindbody app. She told me I would have to wait until 6pm because of their error. I waited patiently for 28 minutes. Then when she began the facial it felt rushed. I booked a 75 min facial and was seen for less than thirty minutes. She explained the remaining time was for cleaning. If the menu say 75 minutes and its actually only 30 this should be clarified. Seems like false advertisement.

This was my first time coming here. I was able to get a last minute appointment that was easy and straight forward to make! The owners were at the salon and were very kind and had great customer service (plus cute dogs that hang at the salon). My lash tech was polite however did not ask me much about what I wanted, what look I was going for, etc. and I’m really disappointed with the look. I’ve had lashes before and know what a good, quality set look like. This set felt rushed and messy. Within a few hours my lashes had lost curl and were twisted every which way. I find that brushing them with a spooley doesn’t work well and they still just don’t stay in place. I am going to get them removed because of how sparse and unkept they look. Disappointed with the quality of work for the cost and unfortunately won’t be coming back.Service: Eyelash extensions

The service itself was great, Alexis was friendly and informative and did a great job with my hydra facial and dermaplaning, but I have to deduct stars for the actual booking process. I went with my mom and aunt, and when my mom called to make the appointment she asked for a basic facial for me (her and my aunt did lashes). She has her own issues with the booking experience but I won’t mention those because I wasn’t there for them. Without asking any questions or confirming what she meant by “basic facial” they just booked me for the most expensive facial they have. I’ve never done any kind of spa or facial treatment before so I had no idea what to expect and I didn’t remember what the names of the services were or what they all entailed, so I didn’t think to ask any questions or raise any red flags when they called me in for my appointment. I was going in under the impression I was gonna be spending not even half what I did because I thought we’d booked the least expensive option. I’m not sure if it was an attempt to scam people out of money or a misunderstanding/mistake, but either way I’m pretty frustrated. I wish the communication was better because I had a great experience but I really was not even kind of prepared to spend that much money.UPDATE: Now that I’ve had time to process this more, I actually feel very ripped off, and the response on this review from the boutique puts the blame on me for not questioning them instead of apologizing for booking the wrong appointment. I also confirmed with my mom who made the appointment that she did actually ask for the signature facial and she also specifically commented that I needed the least expensive option. Whether it was intentional or not, they made a booking error that cost an extra $250. I also did communicate that there was an issue when I was there and the person at the front desk didn’t ask any questions or try to understand the situation, she just brushed me off and assured me that it was a great service and I wouldn’t regret it. I didn’t need the service in the first place, I just wanted to spend time with my mom and aunt for her birthday, so I definitely do regret it and I wish I could get my time and money back. I will not be returning here, and I would recommend that no one else goes here either.

The services my party received were just fine, unfortunately the communication and disregard of requests was abysmal. When I first called to schedule over a month in advance, I scheduled 3 of us at 1 o'clock. My friend and I for a lash lift and my daughter for the signature facial (I made sure to mention the least expensive option as it was the least expensive thing she could do while joining us on a birthday spa day). All 3 of us tried to sign up for promotional emails on the website and all 3 of us were unable to (it said it didn't think we were human). I called in and let them know about the problem and gave my email address to whomever answered the phone and they said they would sign me up so I would receive them. That never happened. I called back again, still a few weeks out and asked if I could add a brow wax and tint to the 2 lash lifts and was told that was added to our appointment. I had also noticed on the website that there was a promotion for the month of September and we were scheduled for Oct 1. I asked if there was any way at all we might be able to get the promotion or if another one might be happening in Oct and was told they would check into it and leave a note on our booking. Then a day or two before the appointment I got a text about the appointment at noon (which was supposed to be 1:00) so I called again and we were somehow scheduled 2 of us at 1 and one of us at noon. I asked if we could all come in at 1 like originally booked and again asked about the promotion and was told they would look into it all and call me right back. A few hours later I hadn't received a call so I called in again and the appointment had been adjusted to 1 and 1:15, which was fine, and I asked yet again about the promotion and was once again told it would be looked into and noted on our booking. At this point I was starting to feel pretty dismissed and put off. When we showed up to the appointment we checked in and I asked again about the promotion and the girl who checked us in and took us back to do the lash lifts said she would ask the manager and never did. I gave up on it at this point feeling really ignored and disregarded. A simple "no we can't extend it" would have been fine, any kind of answer that felt like I wasn't being completely ignored, to my face, was all I wanted. As we were getting our lashes done I mentioned something about our brows and was met with surprise that we wanted that service as well. They absolutely made time without any guilt but the fact that it wasn't expected when I had called twice to confirm it was a bit annoying (further making me feel unheard). Then at the very end when we were all rung up, my daughter who was expecting her base service to be $70 (she added a dermaplane at the time of service thinking she could afford it) was rung up at $335 ($385 after tip). I could see the panic in her eyes. We had never confirmed the facial and having never been there or received any services none of us knew what to expect, least of all her (at all of 23 years old and never having had any facial before). I personally reimbursed her but was not thrilled with adding a few hundred more to the day. When she wrote a review the response really put the blame on her stating that their services and their prices were on the website but the fact of the matter is, the service provided was not the service that I had booked. I even made a comment during booking that she needed the least expensive option. So again, the actual services were all fine but the absolute miserable lack of communication and being ignored and receiving services over 3 times the price started to almost feel like we were being deliberately deceived.

I saw Alexis for the last 6 months for my lash extensions, and lash tints (sometimes eyebrow waxes and eyebrow tints). I was extremely happy with my services every time! I also consistently got compliments on how good my lashes looked. Bonus that Alexis makes you feel comfortable and is so fun to chat with during the appointment!

I have been to this place a few times and the last time I was there the lash tech scraped my eye causing corneal abrasion. Once she was finished and I opened my eyes, I was hit by intense eye pain, feeling like something was in my eye and there was nothing in the eye. I think it happened when she was brushing my eyelashes out and she kept brushing on the lid, down the lashes and pulling my eyelid over the bottom of my eye socket. It happened repeatedly while I was wearing something under my eye which could have scratched my eye. That or the wand during the brushing. I had to go to urgent care, have my eyes washed out and checked out which is a painful process, my eye is swollen, I must keep the eye closed and iced in order to function. I have to use eye drops every 6 hours which also causes a lot of pain.Services: Eyebrows
