Today I was with my husband to get our passport photo taken and the man working there was very rude, he discriminated against us as customers. Even though we were the first in line for service, in the meantime two more customers came in whom he served before us and he pretended as if we didn’t exist. Also, while he was finishing his service he was very rude and unkind. Very bad and discriminatory behavior!!! I will never finish any service in that establishment again if I see him working. Otherwise I have been a long-time customer of the many service at that location, thanks to the lady owner, who is always very kind and knows how to help with any service if needed. Because of her I will always return to that location if I see her working, but in the future if I see him working I will give up and go and finish my service somewhere else. It’s a shame that such an awesome lady owner allowed such a person to work and refuse her customers.

Been a customer for 2+ years and everyone is so kind, often going above and beyond. We were without mailbox service for a year due to having to move out of the neighborhood but now we're back and happy to see not much has changed!

We've used the Mailbox for years and never had any issues or been hit with extra fees. The owner is lovely (and a Boyfriend fan!). We use a secure package receiving service because we're busy and often away from home. However, we were recently hit with a fee that we've never been charged before: for every day after FIVE DAYS you don't pick up your package, apparently they charge an extra $2/day. We've never had this fee before and five days is ~way~ too short. As much as we've liked using this place, we may have to look at alternatives.

I have been a customer for five years. The staff are the best, most helpful people I have come across in Seattle. Everyone knows me and greets me as soon as I enter. I get tons of packages through here and never has one been lost.
If you are a person that moves around a lot, you should definitely get a mailbox here and never worry about your mail or packages being stolen or lost.
Also, it is easy to pay for your account through Paypal. Love this place.

We used The Mailbox Seattle several times during our visit for their Bounce services as well as their shipping services. They were more than helpful, very kind and quick to answer all questions. This was our first time in Seattle and our first time using Bounce and they made the entire process easy and painless. We also shipped our souvenirs and gifts back home, they made sure the box was sealed properly and secured the transit for us.
Would recommend and use again.

Don't go here for photo prints. They don't really know what they're doing, and the prints just come out of a regular printer. It's also incredibly hot in the store.

Best place for mailing & notarizing! They are so helpful and knowledgeable to customize for you, unlike the UPS guys etc. Will use this for all our shipping and notary needs in the future given the awesome customer focus! Highly recommend! Well-run, awesome and convenient.

Support BIPOC women-owned local businesses like this one! They always do a great job of finding the right packaging & mail service, and I can even email them documents from my computer or phone for quick printing!

Stopped in for a passport photo. Friendly employee knew exactly what was needed and completed it efficiently. Had it printed in less than 10 minutes. I also needed to photocopy a few documents, and then had them get my passport app ready to mail. They were knowledgeable and I will be back for any needs they may fill.

I used to love this place. 1) it was a neighborhood business; 2) lady who owned it was very friendly; and 3) the prices were reasonable. There was a younger guy with a beard who was very helpful and nice as well. I was in there often between 2020- 2022 because I do not have a working printer at home; and my son was living with me so we had lots of different things being mailed. Fast forward to 2023 and I noticed a change in the atmosphere. Didn’t see the lady that owned it, the younger guy with the dark hair and beard were gone. There was a taller-ish fair haired fellow behind the counter who was not personable in any way; and the prices had shot up considerably. I didn’t want to, but I went in today because I needed a label printed and ended up paying 150% more than I had been paid in the past. I grant that the pandemic was rough on small business but that seems all the more reason to keep your customer base happy. I pretty much decided a year ago it had become a costly and unpleasant experience. I get that prices go up, but attitudes should be even more accommodating in that event. If I am treated well, I will pay to support. Sadly today just cemented my opinion that I don’t want to do business with them anymore. I will find a FedEx, which is cheaper and in my experience, friendlier. Don’t know if there is new ownership, but this is one small business I won’t support anymore.
