I had a confirmed reservation for a city view Junior suite booked through Bookings. We were traveling with two teen granddaughters so we were very set on wanting the two room suite. The staff was apologetic but did not stand by the confirmed reservation and had no other suites available anyway so we were out of luck. Then one of the staff called around to a near by hotel and got me a two room reservation while I was standing at the desk wanting them to fix the mistake. Still disappointed I’m grateful the desk customer service had come up with “problem solved”.by saying he had just made me a reservation within walking distance that met my needs. Now try getting a real person at Booking, com who explain how that happened!

Great place! Amazing pool! Definitely gonna convince my dad to let us come back! Amazing location in walking distance of the space needle and mopop. Huge room but don't take the dog unless you have 25 bucks! But overall great hotel! Solve the sliding puzzle in the elevator! 5 stars!

Highly recommended. will be backNearby activities: Chihuly glass museum is a must see. Skip the aquarium very underwhelmingFood & drinks: everything we ate was amazing

They call themselves a 3.5 star hotel, but I personally believe that is a low score and they far exceed that rating. My stay at The Maxwell Hotel was enjoyable during a time of stress and uncertainty. When a leak in my apartment turned into me essentially becoming homeless in a matter of hours, I needed to find a safe place for my fiancé, dogs and myself. I also needed to be close to my apartment and in an affordable spot. It was just my luck that the Maxwell fit all my needs. The cost per night beat all the surrounding hotels. They have a well known reputation for being dog friendly, and that was no joke! The pupcups are a dogs best friend! The location was still in the middle of all the fun, yet secluded enough to cut back on the traffic noise.I was a little on the edge about “The naked experience” but between the double twin duvets, the cozy robes and the luscious towels it grew on me quickly. The hotel is well kept and clean, the amenities are plentiful and the experience overall was a joy.The staff was friendly, and I don’t usually name drop, but Bonnie was the cherry on top. Polite, courteous, informative and helpful. When I needed to extend my stay, Bonnie was quick to help while keeping me in the same room and at the same low cost.My stay was longer than I would have wanted, but it was a safe space to escape the chaos happening in my world. Thank you, Maxwell team!Rooms: The double queen room was perfect.

We were treated to a perfect night’s stay at The Maxwell Hotel by our fabricators (FloForm) and were pleasantly surprised by all of the upgrades provided that are “standards” for Maxwell. The bed and duvet were SO comfortable and I don’t sleep well away from home. I slept great! Rooms were very clean and my towels were plush. Even the garage was clean.Chloe got us out the door and on time for our client appointment back in Yakima the next day. She made yummy coffees and sandwiches so we could hit the road without making any stops. The location was PERFECT to walk to the stadium and catch the Kraken game. My room had a great view of the space needle. Please forgive my photography skills. I wasn’t planning on using them in a review. ?
