I lived in the Nolo pre COVID, and moved out September 2020. I should have been wrote a review! I no longer live in Seattle anymore but the Nolo and Stadium place in general was a great community! It’s nice to hear Dylan is still there. He was always so wonderful I truly miss him. The deep tubs are it, I used to take a bath every night! Beautiful apartments! The energy from the concerts, games, and events! I went to the Beyonce concert from this apartment! And I will never not remember hearing Coldplay “paradise” out my window (they sound AMAZING live) beautiful apartment, beautiful memories! I won’t say everything was peachy however for what you get it’s a nice place in Seattle! My favorite part was the location - I used to practice yoga a few blocks away at Humble Warrior, and walk to Ivar’s to eat and feed the seagulls! Great apartment! Not sure if Diana Norbuy is still VP but I’ll tell you when things weren’t right she would make sure things got done!

Perfect location and the staff here are great!!
I stay at a Blueground apt at the Nolo and had it not been for Nolo staff I would have been locked out of my apartment for days upon move in as Blueground never delivered the keys as promised :/
The staff at Nolo were so nice and helpful with my situation and ensured I wasn’t stranded !You won’t regret moving here :)
The complex is clean and I haven’t had any noise issues thus far !

Excellent Luxury apartments with strong sense of community, and great restaurants, ChinaTown-International District, and amenities nearby. The Nolo staff and maintenance crews are professional, courteous, positively sociable, and amazing.

I’ve enjoyed living here since June. The community is full of wonderful friendly people and the maintenance team are very quick and responsive. Both Nick and Dylan are great concierge’s. It’s so nice having a friendly visit when coming to and from places and they’re very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be resigning. I love the fun atmosphere and the amenities

Going on a decade at the NOLO and would happily sign a lifetime lease if it were available. The location is unbeatable in the city. It's close to the stadiums and two freeway entrances and just a short walk from Pike and city center. Maintenance team is friendly and efficient and the cake topper is our concierge, Dylan. He is the most helpful and personable person I've ever met. Every community has things that can be improved or inconveniences that can't be helped (like the traffic trying to get home when there's a major event nearby), but all-in-all, this place is a great place to call home.

The community management is not good for how expensive everything is. The carpets are filthy, the amenities not maintained, and no maintenance is done on the apartments between tenants. I only lived here for six months, but couldn’t imagine staying longer.

I recently took a short-term housing arrangement at Nolo Apartments to test if the community was a good fit for me. However, my experience from day one was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, I discovered there was no parking clicker provided. I promptly reached out to the third-party company through which I had arranged the housing, and they submitted a work order to the Nolo manager, Luis. I was informed that it would take at least three business days to receive a parking clicker. Given the apartment's location near the stadium, street parking was not an option during game times. This left me with no choice but to park my car in a nearby garage on the first day.
When I followed up the next day, Luis informed me that he had contacted the parking manager and that I would receive the clicker by evening. However, by evening, I was told there was an issue with the parking clicker, and it was not available. Luis then shifted the blame onto me, stating that I should not have opted for short-term housing in the first place.
I also reached out to Nico, the leasing specialist, who was courteous and promised to look into the matter. He also mentioned that I could get parking validation tickets. However, these tickets did not offer in-and-out privileges, effectively locking me out after 7 pm.
On the third day, I attempted to contact the office, but it was closed despite the listed timings of 10 am to 5 pm on Saturdays. I ran into Nico again, but he was busy touring someone else around the apartment.
Due to these issues, I decided to cut short my stay from 10 days to just three. While the apartments themselves might be nice, the management left a lot to be desired. The staff were not courteous or efficient, and if you find yourself in a situation like mine, you may struggle to get issues resolved promptly.
In conclusion, while the Nolo Apartments might be a good fit for some, my personal experience was disappointing, and I would advise potential tenants to be aware of these issues before making a commitment.

Really awful management. Upon moving out, they accused us of stealing a kitchen island shelf that was never there when we moved in. They are charging $50 for that, and $100 for painting when we did not damage the walls remotely. When they asked for my social, they said it was for verifying citizenship and checking for a criminal record. They lied about parking, saying we would never be asked to move our vehicle unless it was damaged. They gave us less than a week notice to perform some cleaning, otherwise it would have been towed.Great views though.

Requires wristbands to be worn to use amenity spaces, and nowhere in my lease does it say so. They have security escort you out if you don't wear one.

I had a great experience! Scotty helped me so much find everything I need in an apartment. He honestly went above and beyond to do anything he could to help me with my application process. He gave a great and in depth tour covered everything smoothly. The customer service was amazing. The property itself is very nice love all the units. I loved the industrial look to the units. The amenities were also great!

Thank you Scotty for showing us the best place to live in the heart of Seattle! Answer all of our questions and concerns. I would give him a ten star review if there was an option ??

Lived here for 4 years and truly loved it. The location is great and apartment was just the right size. After moving back to Denver and here to visit friends I am sad to say the property has gone down hill very fast. Rooftop foliage is dead and tenants now use it for pet relief. I was here over a month ago and the grill is still out of order. The patio is filthy and has not been cleaned. The furniture needs to be hosed off and scrubbed clean. The tables on the rooftop look nasty and impossible to get them clean. Seems like some major landscaping and maintenance work needs to be done on common areas. So sad to see how it has gone down hill.

Lived here for close to 3 years. Fantastic place, awesome amenities and a community feel.GOOD: GREAT MAINTENANCE TEAM, they are fast and super professional. Office staff is extremely friendly, Michael is very helpful and should be the head manager. Dylan is the man!!! Very professional and kind person. The location and amenities are top notch. Awesome neighbors and community. Everyone is so friendly and it makes living here very comfortable. Pet friendly too!BAD: you have to time parking during game days, it can get awful. The parking is managed by a 3rd party company and the apartment staff has little control over parking issues. Lot of staff turn over. I understand the prices are dictated by the market…but it’s a lot.In conclusion this is an awesome place to live and would definitely recommend to anyone!
