The main space has big windows and plenty of natural light, while the smaller space in the back is cozy and a bit darker. The coffee is good, the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the phone booths are comfortable. The staff are great—friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or show how something works. The process for booking meeting rooms is very easy, from booking to getting in and using the space. The rooms are well maintained and the space is beautiful. The facility is warm and welcoming, with AV accommodations including video conferencing and cords for different devices. Coffee and water are provided, with ease of catering or dashing food as needed. The offices and coworking spaces are super cute and calm, with great vibes all around. The location offers incredible access to the ferry, Pike Place, and fantastic restaurants. The staff accommodated out-of-town guests by allowing packages to be sent ahead of time. Overall, a wonderful experience with a 10/10 recommendation, and guests will definitely return for future events.
