Tried to book for an eye exam and was told to go elsewhere to see an optometrist despite my chronic eye condition which I wanted to see an ophthalmologist regarding. Very poor customer service

The woman working at the lab check in desk at 11:30am on August 21st should not be working in healthcare. Absolutely disgusting that people who are stressed having to be at the doctors have to deal with such unkind, unprofessional people :(

This place is falling apart. Unresponsive and irresponsible - can’t follow though on a critical prescription refill over two weeks despite many calls, requests, and their word saying they would do so.
