The Polyclinic Madison Center receives mixed reviews from patients. Many patients report having excellent, very good, and outstanding doctors, including GPs and specialists, which keeps them at the clinic. The staff and nurse practitioners are also described as friendly, great, and nice. However, there are significant and consistent criticisms regarding administrative and customer service issues. Patients report long waits, excessive telephone hold times, and difficulty getting through on the phone lines. It is often impossible to reach an appointment or admin specialist without requesting a call-back, and call-backs frequently do not happen. Scheduling an appointment with a primary care doctor can involve a wait of up to three months. There have also been awful billing errors described as horrible and almost impossible to get fixed. These problems with overloaded response times and overall customer service are noted to have worsened in recent years, with some attributing the decline to corporate changes. This has led to frustration and some patients considering leaving despite their satisfaction with the medical providers.
Been going there for 2 years. Don't think they've ever addressed, or even tried to address, anything that I brought up.All they do is prescribe temporary relief drugs without thinking or trying to root cause the problem. Save yourself the trouble and money and go somewhere else.

This is the best clinic I have been to. The locations are easy to get to and there are a lot of services in the building so you do not have to go multiple places. Appointments are easy to schedule and staff are friendly. I've been going here for years and have no complaints.
