Horrible experience here. The staff is dismissive of patient’s symptoms/complaints. The staff aren’t thoroughly screened to see if they are actually qualified to do what they claim. Overall we had multiple horrible experiences with the Polyclinic.

Awful phone system, insufficient and unknowledgeable staff and they seem far more concerned with copays and making you pay than actual patient care. Definitely not going again.
