They are head and shoulders better than Swedish Hospital now. For nearly 20 years now Swedish is going down and Polyclinic is improving. We've had nothing but the best of care from their doctors and nursing staff.

Providers are pretty good, specially my PCP. The huge problem is whoever hires PSS/front desk people. They are rude, over talk as you are trying to speak and give you an attitude kinda like they are doing you a favor..... forgetting they are speaking to a patient (person who has health issues).

Sadly the service of this organization has increasingly diminished to the point that I am looking around for another health care center. There is never someone that can answer phones, help with scheduling appointments, or address any insurance questions. I feel bad for the healthcare workers that want to provide good services, when the organization can’t provide the infrastructure, the admin personnel and the right processes to provide patients with the basics of a healthcare center. If you are looking around for a healthcare center, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Literally the worst customer experience of my life.Scheduled an appointment 4 months ago in June for an August appointment. Researched doctors extensively to get one I wanted. At the time of the appointment, my entire family had COVID - I didn't want to spread the disease - so the people on the phone said I can just come in and not tell anyone or wait another two months (what kind of people tell you to come in with a highly contagious disease and just life about having it?). Obviously I said I'd wait so I don't get anyone else infected. Two months later (today) I get to the office and they tell me my appointment has been cancelled - even though they gave me no notification. Now I have to wait ANOTHER three months for a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor I wanted. If I want to wait for an MD, it's 6 months.Absolutely insane - worst experience of my life.

Doctors are great. Check in is terrible. Multiple departments use the same staff for check in, but routinely there's only one or two staff manning the front desk, while the line keeps growing. Waiting in line to check in made me late for my appointment, which was cancelled, and rebooked a month later. I took time off from work, only to stand in line to be told to go home.

Top notch care! Every experience we've had through Polyclinic has been 10/10. Clean buildings, empathetic and knowledgeable Providers, comprehensive care! I highly recommend them for anything. I am really impressed when compared to TEC or Prov.

I used to love the Polyclinic until they were bought out by Optum/United Health Care. Many of the great docs I saw have left and I fear it's a matter of time before the rest of my favorite docs leave! Just got a letter last week that my shoulder doc is leaving. Hold times to make an appointment are abysmal and it's hard to get an appointment once you actually get someone to answer the phone. The staff do their best, but they are understaffed.

Getting a medical appointment here is like winning a lottery ticket..and then they cancel the lottery. Don’t bother, this place is a wreck! Maybe good doctors but you won’t get in. Disjointed DIY bodypart healthcare.

This office is looking more and more like a scam. They make you wait and charge you an arm and a leg. Then the service is very questionable. Very poor customer service and lack of compassion or care for their patients.

I scheduled an appointment last year, which took months to get on the calendar due to their lack of availability. I actually got sick and needed medical attention the day of the appointment. My doctor then refused to see me, saying she didn’t want to be around a sick person. (Isn’t that what doctors are for?)Fortunately, they did schedule me with another doctor who was nice and took care of my immediate needs.Afterwards, I tried to schedule with the doctor who treated me, but he wasn’t accepting patients. Then, my original doctor (the one didn’t want to see me), who was supposed to be my primary doctor, went out on maternity leave. Not her fault, but inconvenient, given that it had already taken ~4 months to get to that point. The clinic said they’d have another medical assistant call me to help me get a new primary care doctor, but that I should expect a 3-month wait to get in. But they never called.Between this experience and the other reviews, I will look elsewhere.

As a doctor referring patients to the Polyclinic: copies of evaluations, biopsy and imaging reports have not been provided to me. A call for health records directs me to a med records clearinghouse with "up to a 6-week wait" to receive my copies. Today with pt in office I called the clinic, was connected to the provider's back office line - o happy day! - only to have it ring, unanswered, for . . . 9 minutes and 55 seconds as I write this. Please send courtesy copies to referring doctors. Truly sorry you are understaffed; I understand.

Going here for my visit has been one of the biggest nightmares. As a healthcare provider, I try to give as much grace as possible as I know everyone is short staffed but I have been incorrectly billed for over a year now.My visit was in Sept 2021 with Dr. Ng and I had called in prior to ensure my insurance would be accepted. I also provided my insurance card the day of my visit and paid the estimated copay of $30 at the appointment. A few months later, I received a bill for close to $700. I called the billing department and sent multiple emails, and they assured me each time my bill had been sent to insurance and this would be handled. In March of 2022, more than 6 months later, I finally talked to someone over the phone who admitted that THEY HAD NEVER SUBMITTED IT TO INSURANCE. I had provided my insurance at every point and somehow they stated they did not have my insurance nor was it ever submitted, even though this was told to me by every person prior to them.In September, I finally received notice that my insurance had covered the bill in full. I was relieved. Now, I have received ANOTHER BILL for $573, a different amount than before and stating that I owed this amount for a preventative eye care appointment. This is after the fact that I had already received notice that I did not owe them anything a few months back.THIS HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR. DO NOT GO HERE. As much as I liked the doctor, I will never go back. This has been the worst healthcare experience of my life.

First, don't trust the hours posted on the website, they posted special hours of 9 to 5, but on arrival there was a sign stating closed, sorry for the inconvenience. Second, don't go here if you may need xrays. They can only do very limited views. After a long wait, they did the xrays, said there were 3 fractured ribs, but they lacked capacity to do additional needed views to rule out internal injury, so we ended up at the ER anyway. Third, they did NOT call the ER as they said they would, so we ended up having to wait 3 hours for a doctor instead of just having the x rays. Very disappointing experience.

Coded my annual appointment as a split visit, which cost me an unnecessary $420. They refuse to fix it and give you a PO Box to write a letter to. This place is a scam.

Dr. Phillip Arnold is extremely attentive and proficient. I have always received amazing care from him and all the other staff here!
