Walked In Excited, Walked Out Pissed.
Being That Purple IS My Favorite Color, I was super excited to visit this store when I came to Seattle, I had already order a few items via on-line.....
I and My family Walked in and was greeted warmly., however, within minutes, We noticed we was being stared at and followed ?, I finally asked the female staff member, " Ummmm , Whats the issue here?" She relied, " Oh, ha ha ha, you guyz just look, interesting "
Interesting? Wth, how so?
We was dressed in Regular clothes, hair in fact, not making a scene of any kind....so, why did we " look interesting "¿
Oh could it be our race? ....NOT COOL....

Through online research I was able to find this establishment that also doubles as a drop-off and holding point for luggage. Seeing that my Airbnb wasn't gonna let me check in until 4pm, the purple store was a life (and back) saver. Prices are fair and I even got a discount because it was my first time using their service. Thank you, purple store!

This is now one of my fave stores!!!!! My favorite color!!!! Everything is purple there ??? Chris is amazing!!!! She gave me free purple salt water taffy for my bday!!!!! It was really good. Amazing customer service and so friendly!!! Of course I had to buy a purple purse and purple slippers!!! ?♈️? ?

We were at the store last Week. The Purple Store staff were wonderful in assisting Santa with all purple items inside the store.

The staff seemed like they weren’t exactly sure of what they were doing. I made a reservation ahead of time, and I was met with an associate who was clearly distracted by a trainee that didn’t quite know what she was doing. When I was finally checked in, they expected me to schlep my two pieces of luggage to the back of the store where the storage area was. Total lack of customer service and care. Please train your staff to be more attentive.

this purple thing… whatever it is forced me to buy all of the purple goods and said that it hated my yellow shirt… but besides the fact, i loved the purple goods i got from the store! five stars!

We left the ship at 9am and our plane departs at 9pm. The Purple Store is a perfect place to leave luggage while you pass time. Very reasonable prices and great customer service. Highly recommend!
