beautiful area and the hot tob boats are a fun thing to try especially on colder days.

Small with mission essentials but not especially fancy and parking isn't too convenient. As good as many smaller cities with appropriate places.

My only issue was water pressure on f dock. Takes a long time to rinse a 60 foot boat!
