We have used the Station's services for 4 years or so now. We find great piece of mind knowing our mail and packages are safe and secure until a time we can pick them up. Location is perfect, service is excellent and I love Shelby, the mascot! Chris is always friendly and helpful.

I've read the negative reviews and can't help but wonder about the honesty of the writers. They talk about there being employees (read plural here) but the business is run by a single owner, one person. The place is convenient and the owner is always in a good mood. The only complaint I have is I wish they were open more. However, being a one man show the hours are understandable.

Friendly but lack of attention to details. Sent an international package from this location, the person forgot to mention what kind of package it was even after creating an envelope right in front. That led to a series of delays

The reviews of this business have been skewed by eliminating some of the most positive reviews as "not recommended" and that is Yelp's way of trying to force you into paying for ratings. Try reading this This is a nice business that is in an ideal location. The owner operator is a friendly guy with a laid back attitude. I'm guessing the people who rate the business low are a bit spun up and want to be treated like they are kings and queens. I only took off 1 star because it would be nice if they were open more hours so packages could be picked up on the weekends. I knew this when I signed up for a mailbox and the location outweighs the inconvenience for me.

A convenient way to receive and ship packages. I have always had great service here and it’s a relief not having to worry about package theft, which is a big problem in the Queen Anne neighborhoods.

DONT USE THEM. Take your packages to either Fed Ex or USPS. They have packages waiting for days and the guy that works there doesn't care and is not helpful or professional. Not worth it!!!

I live in a condo and get ALL my packages sent here and then stop by once a week or so to pick them up. People in my building have had packages stolen, or they are not left by UPS or FedEx because no one is home. It makes so much sense to have a private mailbox and have packages sent where they are safe and there is someone there Monday through Friday to sign for them. Also, I can do all my shipping here and even buy my stamps. Chris is always more then helpful with all my shipping - even when I had two boxes to send to Africa! Life is much easier having a mailbox here. With all the stealing of packages, especially around Christmas, I don't know why you wouldn't use this service. It also gives me an opportunity to run into Wild Salmon and buy fish for dinner!
