I moved to the Terry Denny Building a couple months ago and have since been very impressed by the great management and how quiet the building is, creating a sanctuary in the downtown area. The best of the city living in this spot and close to all of everything you want to do. Could very well be Seattles best kept secret.

Management is amazing and attentive, they always seem to be available if an emergency arises or for general questions. The building is gorgeous, a truly unique historic apartment in Seattle with modern amenities. Dog friendly, with no breed discrimination. Highly recommend!

I’ve been renting at the Terry Denny in Downtown Seattle's historic Pioneer Square, and it has been an exceptional experience. The building artfully combines the charm of vintage interiors with modern amenities. My unit, with exposed brick and hardwood floors, with plenty of space for living and working.
The management is fantastic—responsive, friendly, and always on top of things. The Luxer package locker system is great, making deliveries secure and convenient.
Overall, it’s an ideal space for anyone looking for a unique, well-maintained building in the heart of the city.
