A+ experience every time I come here. Erin and Jay are one heck of a team. They have helped me out a bunch on many occasions, always with a smile and always beyond expectation. Thanks UPS Store Armory Way for having great professional people, great services, and a great location with parking. I drive by a few UPS stores to use this location, it’s a top notch operation in Seattle.

Every time I've come in here to ship or receive packages the staff has been friendly and helpful. Tons of parking, relaxed atmosphere, easy in/easy out. I've had mailboxes at different UPS locations in the past and this is by far the nicest/best in every way.

Disappointing experience trying to get a document notarized. We made an appointment, took time off work, and showed up on time only to be told that the notary had left for the day. Other shipping experiences have been good with this location.

12/11/2023The dark haired gal at the counter with super helpful. Answered a bunch of my questions about shipping.I have yet to determine if I'm shipping anything from there yet. My initial purpose to the store was above and beyond satisfactory. My only negative is.... and It's not her fault, a 12x12 box costs $7.95...?

Today we were nearby and stopped in to try to sort out a UPS delivery issue we are having. We learned that the UPS Store is not all that connected to UPS delivery so they could not directly help. However, Hannah, the clerk, was very attentive and empathetic, listening to us and explaining the system and giving us a number to call to sort out the delivery system problem. I hope the staff there are continued to be supported in being kind human beings rather than soulless bureaucrats! On the other hand, the UPS delivery service needs a lot of help in their website and communications systems...
