I had John do my pedicure and my full set of acrylics. the whole vibe in the salon is great. John took his time and I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did just that. they have hundreds of colors to choose from. from regular nail polish, gel polish, to the sns powder. I'm new to the area and I'm very particular of what nail salon I go to for my feet and nails and I'm very very impressed with the quality of work, the professionalism, and my nails look amazing and my feet feel like new. highly recommend anyone to come here. I will be back

Wonderful salon! Technicians are wonderful and listen to what the client wants. Tons of colors to choose from. Relaxing comfortable pedicure chairs. Highly recommend!

Every time I make an appointment for my nails I get there and have to wait. The staff continues to take walk-ins instead of worrying about their books customers. No point in making an appointment. Just show up and walk in and they’ll take you.

Extremely kind and wonderful family run salon. Mai, the owner, and her daughters were so incredibly kind and accommodating. I felt like I was visiting friends, pretty much don't ever want to go to another salon.

This was a darling little salon run by a mother & daughter team. They were accommodating, friendly, and efficient. The station and utensils were clean. I got a shellac manicure that looks beautiful, would definitely come back if I lived in the area.

DO NOT GO HERE if you are going for acrylics go somewhere else!! I urge you. I felt scammed frankly by this wife and husband duo. There were no other customers the entire time when I came in yesterday for my gel acrylic fill. The end result was like someone still in beauty school. Never had a worse job done in my life. All my nails are uneven and misshapen. She did 'free' nail art , she insisted I get because she needed to cover up a part on my thumb nail she messed up in the gel polish. And the husband kept telling me of all the 'discounts' I was getting. I am now having to get them re-done at my usual nail salon.

I don't know where to start! The atmosphere is super friendly, I felt like I was at home and very well taken care of. The polish rack was impressive, every color under the sun! The establishment was clean and neat. The service was incredible, hot wax, hot towels, hot stones, and a wonderful massage, and that is all before a great polish! I would recommend this place any day! They are amazing people! And don't forget that a pedicure feels wonderful on rainy days, they aren't just for summer!!

I find it mighty funny that this place doesn't have anyone to do eyebrows. I come in with and am greeted with a confused look as if I'm not supposed to be here. to then follow up with the eyebrow question, and be told nobody can do them that's insane I truly feel like because I'm a man and want my eyebrows done they totally freaked out.

The warm foot wax was a nice unexpected touch. This team is offering a top notch $25 pedi. Hard to find in Ballard area. Clean, comfortable.

I wish I could give them more stars. The wife is very nice. She saw my nails and felt bad. Immediate apology from her while the husband says, "we said if you don't like it, come back and fix it." as if it was part of this process and there was nothing wrong yet. As soon as I walked in- honestly just get refunded- He says NO Powder. OK- if you knew the issue, you should not have offered to begin with. I asked for refund, but keeps saying, "if you don't like it, we fix for you" So refund was NOT an option for me. So here begins a regular shellac. Another over an hour of sitting awkwardly. Then throughout the fixing process, he says "I know you yelp, we fixed so take it down." I can't tell you how many times he said this to the point it was beyond rude. I asked him if he noticed I had NEVER yelped before till this experience. It was that bad. After the regular Shellac, I had to ask for at least the difference back. I paid for SNS, and I didn't get it, plus over 5 hours in total just to get Shellac done. No one charges for regular Shellac with no massage, no wax, no cuticle cleaning (yes, NO actual manicuring part was done neither times) for $40. He gives me $10 back unhappy. Wife kept apologizing for the husband, I felt bad for her. But I really cannot give them another star, Prior to this, I went to speak with them on Tuesday, sat and waited outside, as the window said business hours included Tuesday. 30 Min later, I called, and the man said "we no open" No explanation or whatsoever. Time wasted then. (after my visit with suggestion, they put a sticker on the window now "Tuesday Closed")
