Kendall is a fantastic personal trainer who has a deep knowledge of the best training techniques for each individual. I’m in my forties and have never been fitter or stronger.If you truly want to get in shape and be healthy give Tier 1 a try it will change your life.

Be warned. I had to stop using Kendall because of terrible business practices. He expected me to pay for sessions that I never received. Because he cancelled them!I paid monthly (for 4 sessions). Kendall cancelled 2 sessions because he went on vacation and didn't want to drive in the snow. He stated in writing that I would be able to reschedule these sessions (...obviously, because I'd paid for them). But when I came to redeem my sessions, he said no! And he couldn't even provide a clear reason.His wife then emailed me to assure me that I was wrong and she was right, and manipulated the numbers (by including future sessions that hadn't even occurred) to prove to herself that she was correct. It was insane behavior.I would not recommend him unless you like 1) paying for sessions you never received or 2) having arguments about whether you've received sessions or not.

Kendall is my personal trainer and he is awesome!!! I am in the early stages of early onset Parkinson's and am 52 years old. Kendall has been training me once a week since August. He is the perfect combination of tough but encouraging. He has spent the time to educate himself on my particular condition. He knows his stuff. He arrives promptly on time at my house once a week with a workout fully prepared. If need be, he can easily adjust the workout on the fly if I have pain or an injury in a particular part of my body.What stands out most for me about Kendall is that he has taught me that I shouldn't avoid working a part of your body because you might have/had an injury there. For example, I have had problems with one knee for years. When he first started working with me, I kept saying I can't do that exercise because of my knee. He would say we need to work with what you have and strengthen the muscles around it to make you stronger. We don't avoid it, we modify the exercises to make it work. It has taken some time but my knee is so much better than it has been in years and I'm using it, not babying it. Exercising is very important if you have Parkinson's and Kendall has made me much stronger and I feel better. I enjoy the workouts even if they are hard. I'm sticking with it and Kendall is a big reason why I keep at it.I have been so happy with him, and talking about him with my friends, that one of them has started attending my training sessions with Kendall. She is in much better shape than I and doesn't have Parkinson's. He has adjusted the workouts so that they are challenging for her but also still work well for me. In addition its fun to have a friend to work out with.Kendall comes to us for personal training but I know there are personal and group classes at his gym. Check it out. Its been awesome for me.

Highly recommended. Kendall is a great trainer. He's good at motivating, and knows just how much to push so you get the most out of the time you spend training. I never get as good of a workout when by myself, and I never have nearly as much fun as I do when I go train with Kendall. Don't get me wrong, it's hard work, but he's good at maintaining a friendly and fun atmosphere. He's also started doing group sessions recently, and those are really helping keep me on track without breaking the bank. Multiple people have noticed my progress so far, and I intend to keep coming back.

My stated goal has been to go into my 70s without being broken but I didn't want to be yelled at by the trainer. Kendall has tailored my sessions accordingly. I've built strength and endurance. I recommend Tier 1 Body to anyone, all ages And issues.

I love Tier1Body! Kendall was great getting me started and set up with the right trainier. I work with John every week and he is flexible with my schedule. He really works with what I want to achieve from my workouts and my long term goals. I've been working with John for 3 months and I feel stronger and more confident in my abilities. Tier1Body was definitely the right choice for me!

I am a retired guy that sat at a desk for 40 years. Kendall is the first trainer I have had that really understands how to work an older body to get results without injury. Doesn't hurt that he is a nice guy too.

Kendall is an excellent and comfortable trainer who pushes but is never aggressive. I bought my son several sessions as a birthday gift when he turned 14. Kendall has inspired him, been a fitness role model, and kept my son engaged in wellness and fitness. He is flexible to scheduling and great at communication via email and text. He is fit and has inspired the whole family to gift my son extra sessions as he is so enthusiastic about training. I am so glad we found Kendall and Tier 1!
