The store was a little small, but the customer reps, especially Amy, were superb!I scheduled an appointment, which I believe was supposed to only be an hour. However, because I wanted to choose the perfect ring, Amy patiently helped me, and showed me all the available styles. Then, once I decided on a style and quality, since I was planning to propose in Boston, she helped me prepare a pick up in the Boston store.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and ring, and it ended up being a great success!

Was surprised that it is opened for business on Jan 1. Quick and smooth transaction. I knew what I wanted. Happy that both items were in stock! Completed the transaction under 30 mins and walked out with the signature baby blue boxes nicely wrapped with a white bow. Completely content and satisfied with the experience. Any longer than 30 minutes; I would leave with more beautiful items lol

Booked an appointment for 2:45pm. When we showed up no one even greeted us. Waited until 3:05 and still no one is available. We have to leave because we don’t know how long the wait is. On our way out, still no one said anything. Very underwhelming experience.

I'm disappointed. I went to return a necklace to get something that better fit my girlfriend's style. The store wouldn't give me a refund because the chain had been altered. They said they couldn't resell it, but it had been altered to a standard length. We weren't notified that this would void our return option. I've had good experiences with this store in the past. I'm disappointed and won't shop at Tiffany's again. Two stars only because the associate who sold us the original necklace was friendly & helpful.

My husband and I had a great experience at Tiffany's today. Patrick English helped us out with a wedding present. He was very helpful and super pleasant. I am a long time Tiffany customer, but last few years I have ordered things online. I will definitely be working with Patrick on future purchases.

The staff is terrific, attentive and professional. The selection SUCKS!!!Tiffany stores use to have a terrific selection of neat trinkets other than jewelry that blue collar workers like myself, could manage. The selection of those type of items is slim at best, and the price of unimaginative jewelry is rediculous. Come on Tiffany!!! I have purchased several items for my wife over the years, and all of them were unique, beautiful, and fairly priced. It seems those days are gone. It's really too bad.
