Went to make a purchase. The cashier asked me to open a credit card. I said no thank you. She continued to push me until I asked, “which is important to you. The sale or the credit card?” She said she needed both. I said wrong answer, made her return my entire purchase and walked out.
Nope. Not happening.
Do. Not. Press. Customers. For. Credit cards.
I called the store manager that moment who couldn’t have cared less. Calling corporate now.
I heard the cashier next to me pushing a family to each open a credit card. Mother, father, grandparents, all for one purchase.
Please know cashier get incentives for you open credit cards. It’s truly ugly.

I can't get behind any business that does NOT give access to basic needs for their customers. How do they not allow their customers to use the bathroom? I had a cartful of things I wanted to purchase...but I needed to use the restroom and they didn't let me. They told me the nearest bathroom was outside of the plaza, where I would have to drive away to. What?!?! And NOPE...I am NOT about to drive away to use the restroom and come back to purchase things from you.
You guessed it. I left everything in the cart at the store. Left and did not came back.

I went today and was persuaded to apply for the credit card. I was told several times it would be a soft credit check and as soon as it went through, it showed on my phone it was a hard check. This has messed up my credit score. This is extremely dissapointing, I hope to hear back from someone higher to rectify this.

The store is rather disorganized, lots of random things out of place.
At the register, customer service should explicitly state the rewards card is a CREDIT CARD. The interest rates are high and the 10% discount is not worth it. Avoid getting the store credit card. You will regret it.
The other reviews here about not having bathroom access is entitled in my opinion. Stores are not required to have bathroom access for you.

The quality and the collection of clothes, handbags and accessories are too good to be true! I got a 14k gold bracelet for about less than $50 and the quality is amazing!

My fav store but 1 star because of cashier.
Bought 2 items, the cashier asked if i need a bag and i said no because i bring my own bag. When i put my bulky grocery bag in cashier counter, she was saying "Is that your bagggg???".
Like hellooo???? Did you just assume i'm stealing???????. How dare her. She totally ruin my day.
And last year, when i'm returning my purchase, the machine won't accept my card and for couple times and i asked if it's possible to use another card. And the cashier was saying like "Do you want your return or not??".
They have really bad customer service. I came here almost everyweek and saw the manager around the cashier clerk is not friendly at all.
Except the ladies working for fitting room, they are all so kind and sweet.

Drive for half an hour and found they closing at 7 pm and on Google it says 8 pm ... Waste of time they should update timing on Google. I inform the staff regarding this but they were desperate to close it down ???

I'm shocked by the fact that this TJMaxx has no restroom/bathroom/WC for its customers and direct them to the nearby Whole Foods store. I am pretty sure that this is a transgression, taking into account the size of the store and number of customers, and I intend to get to the bottom of whether this is legal or not.
