I am a loyal customer of theirs and have never had any big issue but upon going in this time the man refused to speak to me or help me get what I needed, keeping a far distance from me and not even fully acknowledging me. I hate to assume it was discrimation based on how I look but that was very much the feeling i gathered.

Probably not the best place to go but I didn't have a choice. I'm sure the turn over is low but they do have a big selection.

Guy was nice enough but the humidor is not properly maintained at all!! Humidity is way way too high most of the cigars are molding and cracking I would not buy from here they don’t know what they are doing and the humidor is also beyond disgusting!! Dead bugs on the floor and on the cigars and dust!! Dust everywhere coating a lot of the cigars mist cigars are moldy and mildewy and a lot of them also have cracks and splits due to the humidity being way too high!!! Save some time and money don’t come here for cigars

I frequent here often they have a good selection of random smoking materials and what have you. Lots of different blunt wraps which is my favorite thing to purchase there.

cigar humidor is very large but also not maintained at all. extremely humid with some cigars having busted open from it. guy there didn't know anything and didn't seem to care either. elf bar selection extremely limited but at least they're not $30 (yet)

I find the "Cigar Store Indian" Racist... ??? as a member of the Indigenous American Community I was upset to see such a racist culturally appropriated figure looking out at me as I walked by...? I know Chiefs of Great Nations! Elders in My Family do You WANT YOUR FAMILY CARVED IN WOOD MISREPRESENTED AND PUT OUT AS SALES TOOL????
