I have a number of high end backpacks and cases. Purchased a couple of bags and wallet at Tom Bihn and am super impressed with the quality. The Pilot is my EDC now for both in town and travel. Love it!

Nice small store inside a factory showroom. The associate was very friendly, willing to help and chat about the company, and was able to find a small set of straps that was out of stock online. Glad I stopped by during my visit to Seattle. Will def keep them in mind for bags and gear in the future
