This is a really wonderful locally owned shop, they took over the location from top 10 toys a few years ago. That place had been around since I was a little kid! Very grateful to have such a wonderful selection of great toys at a local shop like this.

Such a cute local toy store with lots of selection. We always find something cool and unique, as well as toy staples like Lego, stuffed animals, Brio, etc. Highly recommend checking them out!

I was running late to a birthday party (anyone that knows me is not surprised). I walked in and the assistant store manager greeted me and asked how she could help. I told her that I was running late and going to a birthday party for a 6 year old girl. She said, "Arts and Crafts, this way!" She pointed out the perfect Arts and Crafts gift with varying price points. Once I decided on something, she took the gift and gave the barcode to the cashier so she could start wrapping. In and out in no time. Thanks so much for your expertise! We can't wait to come again when we are in town next!

What a great shop! They have everything - toys, games, kids haircuts??, and amazing staff. The thing that sets them apart aside from super friendly staff is the snap zone where you’re able to play some of their board and card games for free!

Always great selection and service. I came in with two children and they asked me if I needed help a couple of times, and even wrapped my gift for me (the store was slow and I clearly had my hands really full with an infant and a toddler). My husband and I also stopped by to grab a present for our infant before having dinner nearby. So nice to just browse together.

Had one of the worst experience shopping here. It was my young child’s birthday so I was able to get off of work early to celebrate. I went straight to snap doodle to buy a nice stuffed “jelly cat” animal which both my kids love. My job consists of a lot of manual labor so when I’m done working i usually look pretty beat up. Upon walking in I was immediately asked multiple times if I needed any assistance. After refusing a bunch of times I decided to make small talk with who I believe was the assistant manager, just to try to alleviate the tenseness I must have caused by going in there without any kids, and give her a legitimate reason for me being there. Not that I need to explain myself for shopping there. So I found three specific cute little creatures that I chose for my two kids and my wife and put them in a basket. But then I decided to shop around a little more because of other kids birthdays that are coming up. After walking through the aisles randomly looking for other toys I noticed the same lady following and coming close to see what’s in my basket. Not that big of a deal, I’ve been profiled on multiple occasions. After the uncomfortable feeling of being hawk eyed I begrudgingly purchased my stuffed animals. The check out clerk was super nice, but what put me over the edge was the audacity that the lady who was hawk eyeing me the whole time came up to the purchasing counter and counted the items I bought, I’m sure it was to make an accurate account of what I put into the basket. After making eye contact with her she gives me a smirk and walks away. So after leaving the store with a complete distaste from the whole experience I no longer wanted the stuffed animal gifts that would only remind me of how some people view me in a toy store. So I went to the Bothel/Kennmore location to exchange the creatures for the same but different ones. I explained my situation to the store manager there and the whole staff was extremely apologetic. I highly recommend going to the bothel/kennmore location where the employees there will treat you with respect and dignity.

Quality toys, knowledgeable staff for recommendations, efficient check-out. Parking lot can be a little cray cray, but hey, it's seattle.

Came at closing, so the staff were pushing for people to get their stuff and leave. I would be too if I were them so I can't complain. Got a little toy car which I love.

Good selection, but they hired weirdly unfriendly staff. Out of place for a toy store in my opinion. I was smiling and acting nice but it wasn’t reciprocated.

It's good, I went back for nostalgia, it was more fun when it was named top 10 toys

The owner here got mad at me and kicked me out of the store for no reason and I try to talk to him but he was very unreasonable so I hate this place it was my first time coming in. I walked into an area that was employees only apparently but instead of talking to me like a human i was treated horribly, first by an employee and then i asked for a supervisor and apparently the owner came over who refused to give me his name and he treated me even worse then the horrible employee. There are better places to spend your money vs this guys front for a nice place to shop. I did not see any signs and there was no barricades, it honestly looked like the rest of the store and when i was back there a lady was very nice to me. I didn’t see anything i wanted to i walked out into another isle and thats when the other employee started accusing me of stuff. I waited for the owner and he was worse then the bad employee

This is such a great store. They have a great variety of unique toys and books--you can find something for every kid here. The layout of the store is fantastic; it's well-organized and you can easily find items based on the child's interests/hobbies. The staff have always been very welcoming and helpful by answering questions/pointing me in the direction of some great items. We have also never felt pressured to make a purchase, and they have never made me feel bad about having two young kids running throughout the store touching everything and carrying stuffed animals with them that they don't intend on purchasing! We always have a positive experience when we come here.

Snapdoodle does it again! I can't say enough great things about this store, their staff/management and the products they carry. They always go above and beyond in creating a special shopping experience for us and have the best recommendations for gifts. Highly recommend!

Toys are very cool but employees will judge you based on looks. Stephanie specifically. Very rude to my wife and I. Also talks down to her staff. She should probably get a different job if she doesnt like interacting with people.
