Total Wine & More is a fantastic place for anyone looking to explore and purchase a wide variety of wines, spirits, and beers. The selection is truly impressive, catering to both novices and connoisseurs alike. I've discovered some incredible finds here, and their competitive prices make it a great value.
The staff is generally knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to offer recommendations and assist with any questions. However, there have been a few occasions where the staff seemed to enjoy chatting and lingering a bit too much, which can slow down the shopping experience. While their enthusiasm is appreciated, a bit more attentiveness to customer needs would make the experience even better.
Overall, Total Wine & More remains my go-to store for all things wine and spirits. The vast selection and reasonable prices far outweigh the minor inconvenience of occasional staff chattiness. Highly recommended for any beverage enthusiast!

only reason i’m leaving three stars is because this location needs the Beatbox Red white and blue variety pack!! I love the cherry limeade flavor and i’ve been hunting for this pack EVERYWHERE ! once we get it here it’ll be a 5.0 ?

My girlfriend and I went in to get a bottle of wine but only one of us had ID so we couldn’t get it. Store policy, we both understood it.
But one of the front supervisor’s behavior was completely out of line, especially her comment.
I’m Asian and my girlfriend is Caucasian and the front supervisor started saying my girlfriend looked young and unless I’m her dad, she must be carded.
I’m like…who taught you biology? Seriously? Bottle up your snarky comment and save it for someone else.
