I called Toyota of Lake City for a window repair estimate. Earliest appointment was two days. I brought the car in and received an estimate the next day. The estimate may a bit higher than other repair shops, but didn't want to shop around. The part was ordered and shipped overnight. The window repair was completed the next day as promised.

This 5 star review is for Chris Pappas, GM at Toyota of Lake City. After reading my initial review, he immediately contacted me to express his apologies, gather further information, and offer a resolution. I am confident he will implement steps to ensure my experience will not happen to any future customers. He is committed to correcting and improving customer service for all customers visiting Toyota of Lake City. When I'm in Seattle again, I would not hesitate to bring my car here.

They treat me very good. They must be very happy to work there. smiles on the people's face, I love that. My sales is Shivam who is humble, smart and quick easy to nail down the deal. The buying process is so smooth and the financing manager Shay also find a good deal for me. In result , I bought a my dream car.

Went in for appointment to buy a specific car and arrived on time. Sat for one hour waiting to be served. Had all my financials in order and ready to go. Drove 80 miles to get there. Then was finally told that the car I came for had been sold. Although they promised to call me if this event should arise, they never called. I offered incentives to hold the car for me which they refused. They offered me other cars - none of which were suitable. Bottom line: they want to sell and not to serve. The young people who talked with me were very kind. So this is a training issue where the roles are clearly defined and the goals are clearly profit no matter what the cost. I had sent my pre-approval for a loan and had a large several thousand dollar cashier's check made out to them. I left with nothing. They went on business as usual.I have noticed that with lesser reviews there is a canned response almost the same for every compliant. The GM must be very busy answering all of these complaints. The response is always about getting a 5 star review as opposed to providing better service and changing goals and policies in question. So they are not really honest and ethical responses to bad reviews. They are half-hearted efforts going through the motions with no real material effort to make things right.

This is long overdue as I have had my brand new car for a little over two weeks now.I have been doing business with Toyota of Lake City for over 6 years now. My first and second car were leases, and I am proud to finally say, I took my next decision, after my recent lease was up, to purchase. And I wouldn't have gone anywhere else for this.Oleksandra (Oli) was my first, second and third rep, paired with the dynamic duo of Shay and Arben on my purchase this year. Oli has been a force in getting me the best deals and top notch customer service. This time, she intorduced me to Shay & Arben, and I am so glad all four of us were able to work together on getting this purchase solidified. They all worked tirelessy, with ease, in making sure I was taken care of until I was completely satisfied with the outcome before making any decisions.Shay COMPLETELY went above and beyond the call of duty, on the financials and Arben was a book of knowledge on cars, and that really helped a lot with things I had no idea about. All while Oli constantly checked in to make sure everything was being handled, even when she was about to depart on vacation.The fact that these fine folks did not leave me high and dry until the deal was done really spoke volumes. They have your best interest at the top of mind and will do everything in their power to make a deal for you, work, even if it means sacrificed on their end. They ultimately want to see you walk away happy, and happy is a small expression of my sheer excitment in my first car purchase, and breaking out of lease mode. Cause, it can be scary and intimidating, but they made me feel at ease.Oli, Shay, Arben...you are the dynamic trio and I look forward to staying in touch and doing future business with you guys, but as long as I get you three again haha.side note: Shay will offer you his lunch if you have been there a while LOL, and trust me, I needed it.Thank you Toyota Fam, for your generosity, hospitality and overall care in making sure I was taken care of from beginning to end.A loyal and happy Toyota client,Joe

SCAMMERS!!!I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the recent purchase of a vehicle from Toyota lake city dealership. Unfortunately, I have encountered multiple issues that have left me with no option but to seek legal assistance.Firstly, I want to highlight the fraudulent activities conducted by your former salesperson, Larry, during the sales process. Larry assured me that the warranty I purchased for an additional $5,000 would cover all major components of the vehicle, including the transmission, besides tires and windshields. However, it has become apparent that these claims were false, as the warranty coverage does not extend to the transmission components. This misrepresentation has resulted in financial loss and undue inconvenience on my part.Furthermore, the car was sold to me with pre-existing transmission issues. Since day one, I have experienced unusual noises and problems associated with the transmission. Despite reporting the issue immediately, the dealership initially dismissed my concerns. It was only after persistent complaints that they acknowledged a problem, attributing it to the front differential. Consequently, the dealership charged me an additional $2,000 for replacing the springs and struts. However, the issue remains unresolved, with the car now exhibiting even worse performance and additional noises.It is disheartening to discover that I paid a total of $47,000 for a 2014 Toyota Tundra that not only has transmission issues but also failed to meet the advertised standards. I feel deceived and taken advantage of by your dealership.I firmly believe that such practices are unethical and unacceptable. I am seeking resolution to this matter and kindly request your immediate attention and remedial action.

We were referred to Toyota of Lake City by a friend, about an hour and a half drive for us, but definitely worth the trip! Chris Pappas set us up with Onda to show us a few vehicles we were interested in, at no point did we feel pressured or hurried. We then sat down with Chris and talked about what best fit what we were looking for, Chris was so helpful and a straightforward honest guy! Once we had made a decision on which Toyota was best for us Shay the finance manager finished the paperwork. It was getting late on a Saturday evening and we hadn’t had dinner before we stopped at the dealership, were looking for a vending machine and Shay asked if we were hungry, he took us to their break room where he had pre made meals in the refrigerator for his lunch, warmed them up and gave them to us!! Abraham went over all the tech stuff and helped set up the system.Wow what can I say, what a great group of people! We were treated like family! Smooth, honest and the best people ever! Thank you! I can’t say enough!

If you are looking for a dealership whom you can trust, who will take care of your needs, putting them ahead of their profit, and understand your concerns, then don't search anymore.From my own personal experience (customer since 2022), I can safely say that the team at this Toyota are great at their job and take customer satisfaction very seriously. A big shout out to their sales manager Alex, who went above and beyond to address my concerns.I highly recommend this dealership as THE Toyota dealership in the greater Seattle area.

We had an amazing experience with Lake City Toyota. My daughter-in-law was having transmission issues with her Toyota Corolla. We worked with Chris Pappas (General Manager) who is an incredible, caring human being. I'll never forget how kind he was. David Wells (Service Manager) and Zachary Morrison also provided extraordinary service. I would recommend buying your vehicle here, and always having it serviced here, no other dealership. If you have an issue with your vehicle, don't give the dealership a crappy review. Instead, go in person and talk to these folks. My son, daughter-in-law and I are all very impressed with the care and service we received.

Chris P at Lake City took SUCH good care of my family. He worked with us to get a fair price for our trade in when other local Toyota dealerships were quoting us thousands less on our trade in! When he wasn’t happy with the numbers for certain cars, he would say, “No, we can find you something better! Let’s get it right.” Chris was able to work magic and we trusted his character, which is stereotypically SO HARD in this industry.Thank you, Chris for being patient, educating us and exploring options to get us exactly what we needed at the budget we had.We appreciate it!-Lash family

So here's my honest review.....I came here to look at a Rav4 Hybrid on 9/13/2023. This was not my first purchase with Toyota of Lake City. My visit was very brief and I have to say was VERY disappointing. Apparently the salesperson was very new and was given instructions on how to handle my requests. Clearly there was a communication error between whoever was coaching him, how this information was relayed to me, and how this miscommunication lead to me just walking out. Shay, the finance manager, saw that I'd come in (he's who i'd dealt with before), called me, asked what happened, I explained, and he told me to allow him to handle the sale of a car should I return. Alex was also part of this equation. I also heard from CJ. They all reached out with explanations and apologies. I did return last week with the understanding that yes...there was a miscommunication to the salesperson as he was so new. Shay and Alex handled my requests and did go out of their way to help me. Tonight, I took delivery of my new Rav4. The deal that was made was more than fair with no mark ups, smoke and mirrors, or anything else shady. Shay stayed until almost 11 pm to make sure I was taken care of and I appreciated it 100%. I wish there was a way to give 4.5 stars but I can make up for that on my google review. Thanks guys.

Greatest experience I have ever had with purchasing a car. My salesperson was Ibrahim Ahmad he was very nice and helpful get us started with process of buying my new Rav4. He asked what I was interested in getting more information about, details of my typical driving habits, and details of my trade-in. While he showed me options and talked about what trim would most likely fit my lifestyle, my trade-in was being assessed. Once I chose which trim I’d like, was given an offer for my trade-in, and went out to see the vehicle in person, I felt very comfortable moving on to the financing step. Sure this part took a while due to paperwork and credit checks, but the whole process was easy. I was out on the road with a new Rav4 in just a couple of hours. All the staff from sales, service, and the manager is just wonderful! Thanks Lake city Toyota for everything, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
