I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at this Toyota location. I brought my car in for routine annual maintenance, and not only did they scratch my vehicle, but they also left the driver’s side extremely dirty—as if no care was taken at all. I expected basic professionalism and attention to detail, but this visit showed neither. No apology, no effort to make things right. Especially the Mike dude!! Can’t believe he’s still working there today! Very frustrating. I won’t be coming back and definitely do not recommend their service department.

I scheduled my appointment over the phone, and it was very quick. The availability was perfect. The service was excellent: very punctual, with a comfortable waiting room and very friendly technical staff. I was very satisfied with the technical service provided during my first oil change. At the end, they gave me a voucher for a car wash, which was a nice touch that made me even happier. I definitely recommend them.

Shuttle service is great. Had my 10k miles maintained here, they also take care of the open recalls as well as delivering second key.

I have been coming here for service for my car every year -usually just an oil change and service check. Made an appointment online for 8 am. They said I didn’t make the right type of appointment and the car wouldn’t be ready until 5 pm. Never had this happen before for a scheduled appointment. They were also quite rude when I was shocked and were happy to tell me to leave.

As a traveling nurse, new to the area, looking for a trusted auto repair place to do my 4Runner stuff…I am so grateful to have found this place! Communication fabulous! Feeling of honesty and “integrity” fabulous ! Cleanliness fabulous! Feeling that they are on your side, not doing unneeded repairs - yes! And Amber up front is the best at communication and follow through. Great experience. Will return for sure. My new favorite find !

Everyone I interacted with at Integrity Automotive was so helpful and knowledgeable. When the cost of repairs outweighed the car’s value, they advised us not to continue work. They then helped answer all of our questions and made online payment and after hours pickup super easy! We will definitely be back :)

Great first impression. I used to take my cars to the dealership where I bought them but lost trust in them. Trying out this local option. Very responsive, text based communications for scheduling, quotes, approvals, etc.

My service team was amazing, and very professional. I sent my vehicle in for what I thought was shifting problems with my Range Rover, but Integrity inspected and determined that it was a broken spark plug which was replaced and other maintenance items were completed. My experience was impressed and will be going back to their shop for my future needs. Thank You!
