Everyone’s extremely helpful at the University district location the garage can get a little crazy trying to park, just avoiding rush-hour or Saturdays is a good move.

I’ve been a loyal fan of TJs for over 30 years starting in CA then OR then Seattle this Feb. TJs is my main shopping source each month for these reasons: SELECTION The variety and quality of food is incredible. No, there aren’t 50 varieties of cold cereal but who really needs that? TJ features a wide variety of ethnic foods and doesn’t shy away from taste- like extra hot salsa that burns! Here you can find unsalted roasted peanuts, peanut butter and unsalted tortilla chips. The BEST spicy chicken wings ever. Plus the quantities are so generous- the fresh lime juice is so full that gently squeezing the bottle causes an overflow. PRICES: Way better than mainstream groceries- I mean less than $2.50 for peanut butter that is solely peanuts? Yeah. STAFF: A collection of artists musicians and free thinkers who drop what they’re doing to check where your item is located A staff genuinely happy to work and serve customers Bravo!

Pretty nice. Maybe a bit less selection than Town & Country but also more economical. I think I'd shop here for a less costly trip but otherwise didn't think it anything special. But, should a grocery store be more? Probably not. They did have a really nice wine selection labeled by country of origin. Really liked that. Free garage parking.

Exclusively shop at this TJ location - parking is easy, it’s clean, friendly staff and great selection. Prices are reasonable and worth it alone for some speciality TJ items! Also a great place to buy fresh cut flowers. So happy to have a great TJs in Ballard!

Great prices!!! Also wonderful selection. Great place to get your produce or flowers. I wish that the location were bigger tho because this is one of the smallest Trader Joe’s I’ve seen. Regardless it’s a great place to shop and the employees are always very very nice.

I see a pattern here as many people complained about customer service at this location. Workers are very rude. The store is clean and organized but the workers are terrible. It doesn't take much effort to give good customer service. Please try to be nice every now and then.

Busy at lunch hour, and then also at rush hour, but there were plenty of staff there to answer questions or help with bathroom codes. I was able to find what I was looking for easily and check out in a hurry to catch my bus?
