It's hard to know how to feel about Trane Supply.......Years ago I began using this store for supplies because their pricing was reasonable, the store was stocked well, and the staff was knowledgeable. BUT that is no longer true.Around five years ago Trane started using a new software program that was unreliable and made it take easily 3x longer to process orders. The system often crashed in the middle of writing orders and after months of this many of the qualified staff left in protest. This problem has never been resolved and it's also the least of Trane's problems.I continued to try and buy equipment from them because my pricing was better, but then I began noticing more and more equipment arrived damaged. The problem was due to their lift they used at the wearhouse which grips the boxes from the sides instead of picking it up from the bottom. This has been happening for years and Trane has never resolved the problem. Consequently I've had to stop buying from them all together.Trane has never been able to retain or even find new staff and consequently nobody ever answers the phone and the managers are often in charge of several stores at once. Several regional managers have tried to step in and fix things but the were not successful.The last time I tried to make a purchase I was appalled to learn they were retaining my CC information in the computer when I used it to make a purchase "so it can be used for future purchases". However I never authorized Trane to do this and when I objected I was told there was nothing they could do.All the problems, which were numerous, at this store are top/down issues and even though corporate is aware of all the issues they have done NOTHING as these problems persisted for years. Holding onto my CC information without my authorization really was the final straw and I've had to walk away. Its sad because back in 2015 things were great and Trane was my primary supplier for equipment and supplies.

Google maps has this place opening up at 7:30am M-F. But they actually open up 7 a.m.Great customer service and there’s some wait times but not often. The reps here are wonderful and very helpful in helping you find what ever parts your looking for.

5-9-17 Called in twice in two days and was put on hold for over 20 minutes first time and 28 minutes 2nd time, final gave up and went to another vendor out WA
