New management is horrible. I miss the guy who use to own the business. He was genuine and knows how got do their critical taxes. I went with my mom and dad and for some reason we had to pay more and got less money. My auntie went here and she had to pay $3000 for taxes but wanted a 2nd opinion so she went to beacon hill and she only had to pay $300. I don’t recommend this place anymore

Tran’s Accounting and Tax Service is fast, accurate, and the fee is reasonable.First of all, the lady at the front desk is very polite. She’s pleasant and always says, Thank you.” She made a copy of the driver's license and asked us to complete the registration form. That’s the process for new customers.Nick is the gentleman that I dealt with. Mine took a bit longer because of the owing situation, but typically he and his team can get everyone in and out in about 15 minutes.The typical fee ranges from $55 to $110. My older Sister paid $55, and she got some money back. I owed approximately $6,000 to the IRS, and they charged a fee of $100 cash. You can also pay using Zelle. I highly recommend Tran’s Accounting and Tax Service to anyone that needs help with tax services.Additional Info: Bring a bottle of water with you. There are chairs and a sofa for the customers to sit on while waiting. The restroom is available for the customers, but it’s in the back (far left).

WOW, haven’t had this kinda experience before I’ve been coming to this place for about 17 years but never had this kinda fast service before and before I would had to wait more than 2 hours but now there are more people working at this account place and waiting times are under 10-15 minutes depending on there case load , our guys name is nick he knew what we needed and advise us and what to do happy we met him , 5 stars to him and his team !

The gentleman with glasses at Tran's Accounting & Tax Service was very helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable in his field, and overall I had a great experience with my time here. It is a place I would highly recommend to anyone.

Please don’t waste your time here. Please save yourself because these so called “accountants”. Mess up your taxes they don’t do the numbers right my family had to pay back to the IRS and we’ve never had to pay before. So we took our taxes somewhere else and had someone look over the numbers and our tax records they said we could’ve gotten a refund and that we should’ve never went to Tran’s accounting to have them do our taxes. Shame on this damn place.

She took care of me when it came to an IRS audit and I appreciate her taking care of my taxes every year. They are kind and they definitely help when its time to handle your business. Will continue to go to her until shes retired.

I can't decide what Annette (the owner) is worse at, customer service or accounting. I brought in 2 W2s and stock plan forms, and she missed 2/3 and only filed for 1 W2 which was 30% of my 2020 income. The shitstorm I would have been in if I hadn't disclosed that much income and earnings from stocks. When I brought the error to her attention, she vehemently refused to admit she was wrong, and resorted to yelling at me and my father, and ended up SLAMMING HER HAND ON THE TABLE TO TRY AND INTIMIDATE US. She threw the papers back at me when I was done. I do not trust her work the 2nd time around since some numbers seem significantly off, so I am going to take it a 2nd opinion, wasting even more money and time. She even had the nerve to talk bad about other accountants and how they'd get sued for filing incorrectly. The entire office was also extremely lax on covid precautions. The front desk lady wore her mask under her nose, and Annette had her mask COMPLETE OFF TO EAT and had the nerve to ask me to come closer. Well, ma'am, for the sake of the community's financial and physical health, I hope you go out of business.

Been coming here for 21 years now. Brought at LEAST five loyal customers here as well.They are a great business that does a great job at what they do. So, if you have a business or are filing your taxes try coming here first. Reliable, same ownership and very reasonable prices. They also keep updating the newest tax regulations and have always retrieved my Max returns! I've also been audited in the past, but cleared owing no additional costs; so, they did everything right!

If I can give this a negative star I would. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This is the worst place to get your taxes done. The lady is not professional doesn’t know what she’s talking about. When something comes up she tries to deny everything, but it’s her fault because she has no knowledge of how to do taxes. People like this only takes advantage of the people that don’t understand English and don’t know their options, my mom was a victim and I am not able to help because I don’t live there. I hate people like this, please be aware and take your business else where this lady is a disgrace to the people In the community.

My moms been coming here for years before, but since ownership changed it's gone downhill. The lady there is unprofessional, has no knowledge whatsoever, poor customer service, and when things don't go as planned she'll deny all blames and points her finger towards you. Ever since she started to do my moms taxes there's been problems left to right. And when she needed something from her but doesn't explain or tell her how to retrieve it, she'll go mia. We've called her numerous times and she won't pick up. Her inbox is full and can't receive any more messages shows to tell how much she checks her voicemail. This is a business not a personal cell. You need to answer your phone, check your voicemails and return the calls. If she can't even do that what makes you think she can manage to your taxes. All I can say is RUN as far away as possible. People like her only takes advantage of the asian community that doesn't understand English and have no other options. I hope she sleeps well at night fuking up so many peoples lives. Taxes is not a joke if you can't do it Don't. This place deserves a negative star doesn't even deserve my 1 star.

She’s not a responsible person, her knowledge regarding to tax is not updated, whenever I asked she doesn’t know how to answer. Very bad customer service. you should not go there or your tax return will be messed up
