I can't say enough good things about this business. Several years ago, I decided to take up cycling. Being a novice I had to rely on advice from the experts, and this place was close to where I lived. I set up a test ride and love the performance of the road bike. Over the next few years I got into local racing and became a frequent visitor to the store for bike tuneup and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and doesn't try to oversell you. They do a great job with bike fitting and can recommend parts and service that will enhance your riding experience. Trek is a reputable brand, and this shop offers a multitude of options for every rider. I wholeheartedly endorse this shop for purchasing a bike as well as service and accessories.

Very nice people and service center but my electric bike experience with Treks design flaws really blew it for me. The gearbox and motor fail intermittently on two verve's but no fix by the company. Also if your battery is dead then the motor and gearbox won't disengage so pedaling while fighting a stuck motor is really hard. Gearbox/motor even fails when it's fully charged so c'mon trek do better please!

Amazing bike shop with reputable mechanics that will properly service your bike! If you've got a Trek (or any other bike for that matter) this is the best place in the area to take it for all your needs!!! I came in with a lot of work needed in very little time, and because I was out on the road bikepacking they got me worked into the schedule and back out the door very quickly (and completely dialed back in) and happily. I can't recommend the stars at the Tuckwila Trek Shop enough! Extremely friendly, beyond knowledgeable and willing to help with all your bicycling needs at a moments notice.

I got my trek FX+ stagger in blue at this location. On the website, it showed as available, and after reserving it, the Tukwila Southcenter location confirmed availability by phone and text and were kind enough to reserve it for more than 24 hours for me since I was not able to pick up the same day.Customer service was quick and prompt, communication was great. Highly recommend this store for bike purchases.

Great customer service I went in there with a trek slash in hex blue in mind. Kim was very patient letting me test ride carbon and aluminum frames of different models to see what truly fit me best, there was no pressure to buy anything from her and had a plethora of information about mountain and road bikes. Before leaving the service team went through the bike and even aired up my suspension to my weight despite being super busy, Kim was extremely professional and balanced the customers evenly great team at this trek location. 10/10 Recommend

Purchased my Madone project one here back in 2017 and two months ago, I came back and ask them to pack my bike as I am leaving the state and this is what happened when I unbox it today. Can’t beat the sales staff at the Tukwila, WA Trek store. They were awesome, professional, knowledgeable, and the cycling gloves I bought fit me perfectly. I tested them out on the 30 mile ride home without any issues or discomfort.

I highly recommend trek bicycle in Tukwilla for their amazing customer service. The bicycle repairman is knowledgeable and attentive. They have a wonderful selection of high end and regular bikes. From the outside, you wouldn't expect to walk into such a well put together business. I will bring my bikes back for maintenance in the future. They seem to do it all from repair to replacement. I brought my sons bike in thinking that I needed two tubes replaced. Turns out the air had just escaped from my sons tires overtime. The bike repairman talked me through it and refilled the tubes and I was on my way. There was a very kind lady at the front desk who helped me load the bike back into my truck.

I had a spring tune up done on my Ride1Up Cafe Cruiser E-bike and the price that I was quoted was lower than what I expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be taking my Outroad Fat Tire Snow Bike to them for a spring tune up as well.

they are wonderful. i had them put on some accessories on my bike before i went to get it. long story short i ordered the wrong sized bike and they were so gracious and kind - they ordered me a new bike, put all my accessories on it and did it all with a smile, best customer service ever,

tldr: 1) Mechanics in the back who don't come to the floor did a great job. 2) Ask to talk with Donovan.I own a Trek bike, and I like Trek, but this place emanates that pretentious, smug, and unhelpful vibe that some LBS have.I needed to service my n+1 Trek, and figured: why not just go to Trek, especially since the location is convenient too. (Very convenient.)If you need to service your bike, or need help with anything, I highly recommend you speak with Donovan. He was approachable, available, and helpful. He was also engaged and understood my concerns. I came in needing to do some repairs and also some simple swaps to my bike like replacing tubeless tires (I can do it myself, but it was cost and time-efficient for me to have them swap it out) and he was willing to help. He and the technician put my bike in good working order, and I was able to do some good rides and a metric century a few days after getting it back without problems. It was like having a new bike! I also knew I'd be paying premium prices by taking it to Trek, but the peace of mind in knowing they had the parts (except the cassette!), and had qualified technicians who work on Treks was worth it.There was another lady, who I think was named Jess, was also friendly too. (I don't expect everyone to be friendly or to start a conversation with me, but the non-consideration or even lack of willingness to help...I'm walking in the store with a bicycle, at least ask me if I need help (I knew where the service department was), implicitly tells customers that they are not necessarily valued. And that's not a good thing.) Also, watching interactions between some of the workers showed that some employees were irritated and did not value each other. If a front of house person comes to the back opening drawers asking for a wrench, help and get her a wrench instead of watching and asking why she's looking in the wrong place.I'll probably still take my bicycle here whenever I need maintenance or repair work only because the location is convenient, and because the technicians did a superb job (I'll also need a new cassette sometime), but I recommend this place with hesitation. If you do decide to visit, speak with Donovan. He works towards the back where they repair bicycles.FYI: Closed on Mondays.
